Easy website to use. Communication was great and delivery was quick.

I have always shopped at Peter’s in person but as I get older, it makes much easier to do online and that’s what I have done time! Maybe if it was a larger item, well then it would probably venture all the way to Kensington

I've been told that the order would take less than 2 weeks, when they didn't have the stock in and took 4 weeks. i called last week, when lady promised me a call back that I'm still waiting, to then call this week, had Sandra on the phone, was very nice and gave me a call back the next day to update me on the situation that you can only have 3 boxes out of the 7 I order and we can get the rest later. I am flexible with that, but a communication beforehand would have been appreciated.

When ordering an item, I had made an error with the delivery address,which subsequently went to the wrong place. I informed Peter's of my mistake indicating that I would naturally cover the extra costs for redirection. They redelivered the parcel free of charge. This friendly action, along with the quality of the goods, convinces me of the value for shopping at Peter's of Kensington.

Customer service was fantastic. I’m sorry I can’t remember name of lady who emailed me but when item was out of stock she let me know and smoothly organised my replacement order
