Positive experience overall

We were very happy with the variety of hardware available and with our purchases, although there was no stock at the time of order and a delay of a few months before stock (from overseas) was back in, due to some issue/s at the container docks. Maybe stock re-ordering could be done when stocks are not so low, so these delays can be mitigated a bit. Also, some intermittent updates from igrab and/or website updates would help alleviate customers' frustration in this regard. However, we weren't in a hurry, so a positive experience overall.

From start to finish

From start to finish, the service and communication from Igrab was impeccable.

The customer service was excellent. As an out of state purchaser I had a question regarding stock and availability over the weekend before my purchase and the representative was quick to answer via their dedicated online service.

It was clear that Igrab take great care in ensuring their products arrive in perfect condition and their customers are completely satisfied, all handles were individually wrapped. Igrab has an vast display of handles to suit everyone's budget. There website is easy to navigate, and ordering on line couldn't be easier. Thanks Igrab, keep up the outstanding work.
