Because of one mistake I made during the process, I was worried about being scammed, but the Customer Support Hero helped me quickly and gave me peace of mind. My children love these patches, and I order them every summer. I will try the one against ticks this year, and now that I know, I will keep buying them. Thanks for your help!

I love this brand! Their products are perfect for stocking up ahead of summer outdoor parties, and I always make sure to bring their patches with me when I travel...they’re so convenient. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding- quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

The customer service has been phenomenal.

The company is easy to connect with. I was given almost immediate assistance for which I'm grateful. As far as the effectiveness of the product, I can't say because I no longer have the dog but if it works as reliably as the help, I'd say that the patches must be pretty good. Definitely consider re-ordering if I get another pet.

My order has not arrived after 3 weeks and I spoke with Caz who went above and beyond to help me and has ordered me a replacement . Very happy with her service.

Received my patches within the time frame quotes and received prompt, friendly replies went I set in a question. Haven’t had a chance to try them out yet but am very positive about the experience so far.

I had a question about my order, it had been quite a bit of time and I hadn’t received an update. Within an hour of sending a message, I heard back and was given a totally reasonable explanation, and super friendly customer service.

Customer service is fantastic but not easy to cancel your subscription as i can not find the link in my profile.
It should be alot easier, but Caz helped me quickly and promptly. I appreciate her help.

I use your Zen patches as well as focus. I’ve tried the buzzpatch but they were my sisters and they seemed to work for the time being. Maybe not up to the 24 hour mark but they worked for the time we were outside. We live in south Texas and the mosquitoes are already arriving.. crazy because it’s barely April! I would love to try out your new formatted buzz patches! I hate using sprays because I have a negative reaction to deets and I hate the feeling on my skin so I can only imagine how my kids feel. The patches are convenient and easy to use!

This is an amazing family oriented run company well thats how it feels to me.
Everyone I have encountered is so nice, friendly, caring and helpful unusual for a lot of companies these days.
They have some unusual items to help pets and some more innovative Mosquito BuzzPatch which is new to me but worth investigating for children especially if living in Florida type areas. Thought I'd just mention that.

I’ve been having trouble with my dog weeing in house, so tried these stickers, and have not had a problem, for 2 weeks.I have tried another product,and found my boy, has infected Anal Glands, as well asPancreitis, so he’s had issues, as well, but very happy with stickers, easy to change daily, and he’s happy to let me, so, I can honestly say, I’m very happy with product.

I responded to an email on a whim, I don’t normally do that but I did. I got connected with Caz who was fantastic, informative, responsive and they listened. We exchanged a handful of messages, and Caz was a real person with a personality. Since Caz took time to ask my opinion in a genuine way I shared feedback and details that wouldn’t have come to mind otherwise but organically arose speaking with Caz. I also learned some tips to help ensure success with our utilization of patches. We’ve used them for years and are pretty committed to our annual stock up. Caz took an interest in the circumstances surrounding when they didn’t work and provided feedback. Honestly, I responded for kicks and found myself genuinely enjoying my exchange with my customer support hero.

Their anti-itch patches are the only thing that has ever tamed the itching from mosquito bites for me. And I am a magnet and incredibly allergic to them.
