I had the pleasure of dealing with Will & Matt, both were very professional & polite, we actually had some great banter with some laughs which made me feel very comfortable, there was no pressure selling, not even with the added products you can buy, they just explained the pros & cons & left the decision down to me. I would certainly recommend Penton, thank you Will & Matt.

On entering peugeot, was greeted by Harry informed him of what I was looking for ,he was friendly helpful and informative. When I made my selection,he kept in contact through out the waiting process . Very helpful on handover and after I left with new vehicle..

We recently purchased a Peugeot 2008 from Penton Peugeot Salisbury, and our experience with Harry was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into Penton Peugeot Salisbury show room we were made to feel welcome. Harry Riggs greeted us. A lovely respectful young man guided us from start to finish, with no pressure and has a very relaxed attitude so we felt very confident in him and Peugeot, a no rysh approach. Providing us with information and beverages when needed. Answering all our questions and making sure he had all the information needed so that my needs could be met. Organising test runs of the vehicles of my choice. Kept in touch with me during the ordering and delivery process. My car arrived earlier than expected. I am delighted. Thank you Harry.

We bought our Peugeot 2008 GT hybrid today from Penton Salisbury. Jack Alexander was the sales executive who helped us with our purchase. Both my wife and I were delighted with Jack's approach and knowledge of the car together with the whole buying process. From our experience over the last two weeks and today we would recommend Penton.

I was forced to use Penton Peugeot for nearly 7 years as I had a contract with Motability. In Feb 2025 the car broke down despite having a full service only a week earlier. The cam belt had snapped damaging the engine.

When RAC recovered the vehicle they were shocked that the cam belt had never been changed.

The Penton Poole service team lied to Motability stating that they had told me that I should not drive the car as there had been an engine problem.

The issue with that was it was a complete lie to try and deflect from their poor service as they should have changed the cam belt at 80,000, 100,000 miles or 120,000 every time it was in for a service, they should have checked it and they didn't.

I asked under a SAR for CCTV footage, for my phone recordings to the garage and not one thing they were stating was true. There no email, nothing on the service advisory sheet - they tried to shift and deflect all the blame on me to get out of paying for a new engine and then got caught out.

Previously, I had issues with ad blue being charged to motability and then not put in the car, I complained to the Service Manager by letter - no response.

I am relived to now be out of contract and will never choose Peugeot cars or vans due to the poor after care service demonstrated by this dealership over many years.

Had a fault with the car only bought it 6 months ago and the customer service is terrible. They didnt know if it was covered by insurance and when we brought the car in to be repaired even if it was not covered by insurance they didn't have the parts. Just a waste of my day and no apology
