We initially went to this garage to view a particular car. We were greeted by Johnathan who was really helpful and friendly, no pressure was put on us all. We ended up buying the car and I have to say the service was absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend this garage enough, it’s immaculate and professionally run. The transaction was easy and Johnathan couldn’t do enough for us. If we need a car in the future I will definitely be going back.

We purchased an Evoque from Norman Motors, but unfortunately experienced a few issues afterwards and ultimately decided to request a full refund. Despite this, the level of customer service we received throughout was absolutely outstanding.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team. They went above and beyond to resolve the situation, including travelling over 2.5 hours to collect the car and even providing us with a courtesy vehicle in the meantime.

A special thank you to Ben, Nick and Mike for their professionalism, understanding and support throughout the process. Although the car itself didn’t work out for us, the way Norman Motors handled everything means we wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Richard he was fantastic all the way through the sale , absolutely love my car.

I have brought 2 cars from Norman motors, recently I brought a EQC mercedes and although I had a couple of small issues Richard dealt with them. Dealling with Richard was superb there is no pressure sales and they let you test drive the cars properly on your own. The stock is excellent and the cars well presented and normally with good specs.I would certainly recomend Norman motors.

After looking at many car sales sites I knew I was going to buy a car from norman motors as soon as I walked in. The staff were friendly, helpful and relaxed. I'm sure all staff are of a similar attitude but I dealt with Ben and Neil at the ringwood road branch and they made my purchase as smooth as can be. The communication was excellent and they contacted me to check I was happy and enjoying my newish car. Norman motors provided a better service than I got at a main dealer showroom. From a mini to a Bentley you will get the same excellent service. I will only deal with these guys in future.

When looking to purchase a new car it can often be stressful and time consuming. I then found Norman Motors! We stopped to look at a car that my wife said was lovely, unfortunately I didn't have the same feel, however I did see one that was more my kind of car. The young salesman Ben, was very helpful and kindly showed us both cars. As a car is a big expense I wanted time to think about it and Ben was comfortable with that, and not at all pushy, and appeared to give all his customer's excellent service. I returned a day or so later with fingers crossed that the car I liked/preferred hadn't been sold.
I took the car for a test drive and Ben went through all the car details etc with me. I took the plunge, and the sale was processed. It would take a few days for the car to be fully ready for me and as I had my older car with me I decided to have the car delivered. Ben kept in contact at all times and I received the car a few days later. All in all a good experience and a seamless transaction. At my mid seventies it may well be the last car I buy, however if my situation changes I would certainly go back to Norman Motors. Definitely a company to recommend.

Long time since I changed a car and Norman Motors made the process a pleasure. I went to 3 sites as they had different offerings. All 3 were polite, helpful and not pushy. Test drive was straightforward to arrange and the purchase and part exchange was OK. Not the cheapest but great service overall.
