Right from the viewing on to the signing of the lease, Abbie Percival was most helpful, cheerfully guiding me through an unfamiliar process. I am most grateful to her for all her help. I cannot recommend both her and Pat Robson in general highly enough.

We have found the service at Pat Robson to be excellent. There has been good communication and rapid response to queries raised. We are especially impressed with the work Georgina has done with regards to regularly inpsecting the property and arranging for jobs to be carried out.

Really helpful staff, I logged a problem with my boiler via the portal and 2 hours later they’d arranged for someone to come round to look at it. It was all sorted in half an hour. So grateful for their help and kindness, it is really appreciated!

Pat Robson tried to screw me (tenant) by increasing my rent without the landlord asking them to. When i declined their increase with a good reason, they took the money from my account without my permission.

In the end i spoke to the landlord who ditched Pat Robson for a better agent, and i stayed on at the property on the original rent.

Having used Patrobson for both sales and lettings management over the last 14 years, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Reece in the lettings team was an absolute star, always available to advise, professional, knowledgeable and took the stress out of being a landlord, even whn dealing with very tricky tenants.
