Not usually one to write reviews but the service & lack of professionalism received over the past few months has been extremely frustrating.

Initially applied for a loan early on in the year - was told I need to have been trading for 6 months min. Business had actually just crossed the 6month mark but understood I was cutting it fine so held off.

Toward the end of July Parikshit contacted me again to try and secure me some funding. Passed over the statements, explained my revenue and business situation, and was told i'd hear back shortly. Since then I hear no updates, I have to chase for an update and days later I receive a call to say "still waiting to hear back". Bear in mind it's now been 10 weeks since the loan application was started.

After weeks of no response, i emailed advising to cancel my application as there is no way to contact them other than email (where I don't receive a response), and the number they call you on is unavailable when you try to call back.

Today after weeks of no contact, I receive an email asking what time can I be contacted. I responded, and also followed up yet no response.

This is a complete waste of time and not sure what the end goal is but i'd rather have been told they are unable to help me at this time, rather than waste my time for weeks on end.
