Abbie was great, anytime we had a question she was so helpful and always responded so quick to us, as a couple moving out for the first time it was a lot of questions, any issues ive had with forms etc Abbie has sorted straight away and has made the move to our first place so much smoother.

The whole experience of both buying and selling a house with Pat Robson has been excellent. From the initial house valuation (which was completely accurate and not ‘oversold’) to the excellent photography and advertising, the whole experience was first class. Communication has been a particular highlight and the whole team (but in particular Danielle, Ellie and Cameron) have been proactive and dedicated throughout the sale.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell a house with Pat Robson again.

Pat Robson understood very early on what I was looking for when I was house hunting and made helpful suggestions. There was no time wasting or trying to sell me something that was not for me. I was able to build a good rapport with staff there, and the person in charge of my file (Ms McEntree) was approachable, dependable and consistent, which in a stressful situation was very helpful and reassuring. A reputable company which has a history of being a pair of safe hands.

I've worked with Pat Robson & Co best part of a year now as a cleaning contractor. The company as a whole are organised, always communicate clearly on what works are needed, pay promptly and offer lots of work.

I've worked mostly with Georgie one of the property managers on communal block cleaning, which has been a great experience she's only just a phone call away to answer any questions.

Pat Robson Estate Agents have been managing my properties since 2008. During all these years I found them so efficient that I never had any void period except for 3 or 4 days at the EOT for cleaning and minor repairs if needed. All the staff is prompt to attend to your queries and problems if any. Three monthly inspections have taken a lot of burden from my shoulders. Payments are made on the same day when received. I, therefore, have no hesitation to strongly recommend them to any new or established landlord to engage them to manage their properties.
