Truthfully I feel one star is too high! Nothing but problems from start to finish. They don’t return emails or phone messages. Rarely answer the phone and when they do the promise to come back and never do! Ive have owned my own independent retail outlet so its with a heavy heart i write this as i more that aware its hard to get things right everytime. However ignoring emails and phone messages is a disgrace and promising to call you back and not doing so is not acceptable! I ordered in November and payment was taken i received my order in march and it was the incorrect colour. During this period not once did they reach out and explain what was going on or update me, I had to do all the chasing! Since receiving the wrong order i called them and they asked me to email them details and photos and now they are ghosting me, I've called left six messages and sent three emails! I feel this business maybe going out of business or financial unstable! Avoid at all costs!

Indeed. I should also have read the reviews before I made my order. My order was for the relatively small items and the items did arrive not waiting too long, so it wasn’t a big loss, but very frustrated for the last whole month. I ordered 2 each for Arne Jaconsen’s cutlery, both called dessert spoon and cake fork, as a birthday gift. The length/size for each wasn't matching and I wasn't sure if I ordered wrong or they sent the wrong size, so made inquiry hoping to get things done in order to make it in time for my daughter’s 21st birthday, so I started writing emails, phone calls, company website’s message system - but all resulted with no reply even if they say they would come back asap. When we purchase furniture or small home pieces, these feelings of frustration would remain. Even if we do get the items, it is possible that these negative feelings and memory ruin the joy of using them or having them in the households, and I find it was the very reason I wanted to return the whole thing. I wished the items as something to bring simple joys for many years to come with a memory. I did not want the gift to contain the bad memory even if the issue could have been sorted. Now I was concerned that they may not refund the money back (I didn't use paypal..) even if I return the items. Now the refund deadline has just passed and I do not know what to do with these unmatched pairs of cutleries, but I at least hoped this disappoint to be somewhat useful for somebody or for the company’s improvements, with the slight hope of their reply to my email inquiries.

Dreadful experience ordered a product over four weeks ago, still haven’t received it with no definitive date of delivery.
Extremely slow and poor communication, as a customer I have had to do all the chasing.
I would recommend not using this retailer!

Do not be fooled by the sleek website and premium products on sale. Ordered an item at start of Jan and still have not received. Emails and telephone calls went unanswered and in the end had to claim money back through PayPal. Scammers!
Sadly I will never shop here again
Made an order in September and I have not received it or heard anything, it’s now December. My emails and phone calls to them have not been responded to. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
AVOID!
AVOID. Made a purchase in July. Was told it would be a few weeks. Now November and there is no sign of my purchase and they are not answering emails or calls. Companies House website lists the business as active. An earlier purchase (in Feb '24) was fine, yet this time around, I have neither product nor refund. Would give 0 stars if I could.
No Good - do not order from them.
Ordered an item on 23/9 was told 3-5 weeks. No item delivered when I emailed they said another 2 weeks delay or I can have a refund. From the reviews I thought best to get my money back however since requesting a refund I have had no response and still no goods. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Failed to deliver my order.
Ordered a vase on 12 July, delivery was quoted 5-7 business days. Still yet to receive the item and Panik are not responding to any of my attempts to contact them. Hugely disappointing, will continue to seek a refund.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company - you will not get your goods and you also risk losing your money. I did read the Truspilot reviews before placing my order but I really wanted the tables so gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered anyway. The tables had a lead time of 5-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I emailed for an update but got no response. I then sent an email asking to cancel the order and receive a refund - again no response. I am now waiting for a response through a paypal chargeback. Meanwhile I have lost the interest I could have earned on the money I gave to them, and now I have the hassle of fighting for a refund.

They have ignored multiple requests by phone and email. I am waiting for my delivery. I read on Trustpilot that other customers have the same experience! I am now doubting that I will ever receive my table. I just need them to tell me whats going on or not with this delivery?
