Consciously scamming people out of money
Ordered some glasses as part of a Valentine's Day present. The company never sent the items, and never responded to my emails OR my phone calls months after the purchases. But they were very happy to take my money. Avoid at all costs
Total failure - no product delivered, zero responsiveness
Ordered a lamp in early January and by mid-February no sign of delivery and zero updates from seller. Have now escalated to credit card company to resolve. Be very wary of ordering through this company.
Terrible
Terrible, awful, miserable, I can go on and on. I have asked for refund about 2 weeks ago, still waiting. I sent multiple emails for refund status update but no answer. The worst experience ever with this store. Stay away from them.
Terrible customer service
Poor, poor, poor!
Bought a pricey Georg Jensen kettle which started malfunctioning after around half a year. Complained to Panik Design mid-December, got an acknowledgement three weeks later - apparently there was a replacement shipment on its way. To date, no news, no shipment, no replacement.

Do not waste your time or money with Panik Design. I ordered a $5,000 daybed in November based on their website’s claim of 'Delivered within 10-15 business days.' It has now been over 8 weeks, and the only communication I have received is a generic order confirmation.
I have tried calling multiple times, but nobody answers the phone. They have essentially ghosted me after taking a massive payment. Their website continues to advertise fast delivery times that they clearly cannot meet. After looking at recent reviews, it seems this is a pattern: they take money for stock they don't have and refuse to communicate with customers. I am not even sure if their physical showroom still exists at this point. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

We ordered a mirror for delivery to the States in September 2025. Since then, there has been zero communication or update on the item and why it hasn't arrived after FOUR months when the promised delivery date was a few weeks. I have phoned and left messages and emailed repeatedly and have gotten no response. How this place is in business is a mystery. I wish I had reach the reviews before ordering.

Ordered a lighter for USD 1500 plus 3 weeks ago, promised will be delivered in 13 days from the order date. Contacted their support and replied they dont have stock, and they dont know when it can be delivered. try to contact them few times and ask for the refund, no reply at all from them.

Ich habe eine Figur in mittlerer Größe bestellt, diese aber in groß erhalten, die ich schon hatte. Mehrfache Versuche, den Kundendienst zu kontaktieren waren erfolglos. Keine Reaktion, auch telefonisch war keiner erreichbar. Sehr unschön. Zudem hatte ich auch noch recht hohe Zollgebühren entrichten müssen.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Totally unscrupulous. Accepted £1320 from us for eight dining room chairs with promised 4 to 6 week delivery time. After eight weeks no communication. No replies to repeated emails and repeated voicemails. Had to initiate Visa chargeback on our credit card via our bank.
Bad experience
Bad experience. Product was displayed as in stock. After 2 weeks waiting, contacted them several times per email, no answer. They don't answer on the phone neither. I threatened them with a scathing post on Trusted Review. They reacted once telling the manufacturer might produce the thing for them in December. Problem is that the product was a limited edition that the producer will never do again. They don't give back the money. I have had to report the issue to my bank. Shop to be avoided.
Good to know this company do communicate
I thought I was not going to be responded to in terms of a replacement item as I had tried all modes of communication, however, I have received a return email stating they will replace the broken item in my parcel. I will edit this review again when I receive the goods that were broken.
Order never arrived
I ordered a stool in July - after sending in the region of 20 e mails, as at 20 October, I have nothing to show for £500. Promises of delivery not honoured and eventually I was ignored. To resolve, I made a dispute with Mastercard. Utter waste of my time.
poor communication
I purchased a white kettle from this company which has now discoloured and whilst I appreciate that Panik Design are not the manufacturers of this product, they have not replied to any of my emails. Communication is not their strong point.
Buyer beware
Placed order, payment taken 6/6/25. Small item in stock at time of order and currently on website but I have not received item. No response to several emails.
Hard-to-find Georg Jensen kettle secured with great service
I had been trying to buy a Georg Jensen kettle for months. They are so popular that even when Georg Jensen confirmed stock, the kettle sold out again within hours. I contacted Panik Design to check if they had stock, and they confirmed more was due the following week.
They emailed me as promised the next week to confirm stock had arrived and that they were holding a kettle for me if I would like it. They also arranged delivery to the Isle of Man with no problem — many companies do not deliver to the Isle of Man. The product arrived as promised and beautifully packaged.
I will definitely order from Panik Design again. My experience of their customer service was second to none. They are a smaller, growing company, very helpful, and they managed to secure an item I had been trying to get hold of for six months, quickly and without fuss.
I am posting this review for both Panik Design and Panik Outlet, as I see they have two Trustpilot pages.

Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. I ordered an expensive set of chairs in February with an estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 weeks. Three months later and I still have not received the items and have been provided with no expected delivery date. I have no idea how to cancel my order so I can purchase from elsewhere.

Truthfully I feel one star is too high! Nothing but problems from start to finish. They don’t return emails or phone messages. Rarely answer the phone and when they do the promise to come back and never do! Ive have owned my own independent retail outlet so its with a heavy heart i write this as i more that aware its hard to get things right everytime. However ignoring emails and phone messages is a disgrace and promising to call you back and not doing so is not acceptable! I ordered in November and payment was taken i received my order in march and it was the incorrect colour. During this period not once did they reach out and explain what was going on or update me, I had to do all the chasing! Since receiving the wrong order i called them and they asked me to email them details and photos and now they are ghosting me, I've called left six messages and sent three emails! I feel this business maybe going out of business or financial unstable! Avoid at all costs!

Indeed. I should also have read the reviews before I made my order. My order was for the relatively small items and the items did arrive not waiting too long, so it wasn’t a big loss, but very frustrated for the last whole month. I ordered 2 each for Arne Jaconsen’s cutlery, both called dessert spoon and cake fork, as a birthday gift. The length/size for each wasn't matching and I wasn't sure if I ordered wrong or they sent the wrong size, so made inquiry hoping to get things done in order to make it in time for my daughter’s 21st birthday, so I started writing emails, phone calls, company website’s message system - but all resulted with no reply even if they say they would come back asap. When we purchase furniture or small home pieces, these feelings of frustration would remain. Even if we do get the items, it is possible that these negative feelings and memory ruin the joy of using them or having them in the households, and I find it was the very reason I wanted to return the whole thing. I wished the items as something to bring simple joys for many years to come with a memory. I did not want the gift to contain the bad memory even if the issue could have been sorted. Now I was concerned that they may not refund the money back (I didn't use paypal..) even if I return the items. Now the refund deadline has just passed and I do not know what to do with these unmatched pairs of cutleries, but I at least hoped this disappoint to be somewhat useful for somebody or for the company’s improvements, with the slight hope of their reply to my email inquiries.

Dreadful experience ordered a product over four weeks ago, still haven’t received it with no definitive date of delivery.
Extremely slow and poor communication, as a customer I have had to do all the chasing.
I would recommend not using this retailer!
