Terrible company

Terrible company - avoid at all costs. I purchased a lamp on 9 May which was said to be in stock. Today is 14 June - no lamp, no explanation, no contact from Panik Design and no reply to my emails. Is this a real company??? I believe I’ve been scammed…..

Not order form this company. Ordered item 20 April with a 2-4 week delivery time. As at 4 June:
a) phones not being answered
b)voicemails not responded to
c) emails not responded to
d) items not received in stated timeframe
And item still being sold on their website. I will be requesting a chargeback form my credit card company immediately

Should have read the reviews..

Ordered on 27/03/2026 for an item that was showing as available in 2-4 weeks - also still showing on the website as this. Reached out on 23/04/2026 to ask for an update and received an email on 27/04/2026 advising that as my item was being shipped overseas, it caused a delay and they were expecting my item that week. Emailed on 18/05/2026 as I had not received notification my item had shipped nor had it been delivered and no response to my email.

Whilst I appreciate the delay is not on their part ( although looking at the other reviews I don't think it's ever going to arrive), I don't feel as a customer I should have to follow up about an item that's been delayed.

Have called today 27/05/2026 and left a voicemail and hopeful for a response as they seem to be the only UK stockist of my item but I'm not holding my breath.

Wish I had read the reviews before but luckily paid with PayPal if I don't receive.

Absolutely terrible service do not use this company

Ordered an item on the 17th January and still has not been received yet. You ring their telephone number and always a recorded message saying leave a message and they will contact you later but they never do. Do not reply to emails asking for an update. Absolutely terrible service would never use again and do not recommend anybody to use this company.

Une catastrophe

Une catastrophe ! Commande passée il y a plus de 5 semaines avec assurance d’une livraison entre 2 et 4 semaines … Hormis le mail d’achat plus aucune nouvelle du site et ils n’ont répondu à aucun de mes mails !
Ai demandé la remboursement à Paypal !

Avoid

Items ordered in late February with an expected delivery of 3-5 weeks. Nothing received by May. Phone goes straight to voicemail and emails are not monitored.

I spoke to a neighbouring business who said that they had received calls to the same affect and that Panik were no longer in the unit they listed.

Should be able to reclaim the order value through PayPal but avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Stelton replacement lamb…

I ordered a Stelton replacement lamb glass. They emailed me to say they couldn’t deliver and that they would refund me. After chasing them several times I gave up. Luckily I had paid via PayPal so they refunded me. Panik design did not bother to respond to my emails. I ordered it 22nd of March and received my refund from PayPal the 7th of May. I will never ever order anything from them again. Appalling customer service or rather lack of.

Item never received, company ignores emails

Placed an order for a cable adjuster in February 2026 and still have not received the item. I chased twice by email and was ignored. I wish I’d checked the reviews for this company before ordering - thankfully payment all via PayPal and so I’ve been able to get a refund, but it’s been a hassle and I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Poor customer service…

Having ordered a ‘Solo Eva kettle’ as represented on the company website, we received the wrong model and therefore began a return process.
This process is difficult and unsatisfactory. The glossy website, I would suggest, is a front for a back-room market place (end of lines etc.) I have no problem with that, however, communication with the company is dire and receiving the refund a very lengthy and frustrating process. Appears the company want to hold on to your money for as long as possible. After several emails, phone messages etc. the refund was issued. There is no sense of a customer service system, just a poorly attended online portal. Would absolutely avoid buying through the company again.

Bad treatment

I ordered some cutlery in mid-January 2026 and paid £153.34 GBP. Since then, I have not received the item, nor have I received a refund.
I have contacted the company several times by email but have not received any response. I am still waiting for both a reply and my money back.
I cannot recommend this website to anyone

Just terrible

Placed the order for in-stock item over 2 months ago. Nothing received and no communication. Not a serious business. Raising dispute and refund via credit card company - wasted so much time, unacceptable.

I sent my item back on the same day I erecived it - 24 March. They received rthe itemn back on 25 March according to tracking.

I have emailed them twice to ask when i might receive a refund: On 8th April and 13th April - NO RESPONSE FROM THEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

I wish I had read the reviews as it looks like they are not worried about their business reputation. They don't seem to reply to the reviews. Nor do they reply to customer emails.

Goods not delivered. No response to emails

I placed my order for three items on 23rd December 2025. As at 14 April 2026 I have received nothing. I have, more than once, emailed Panik Design asking for an explanation/refund - they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I suppose the next step will be to issue legal proceedings against them Tiresome, but hopefully this review will assist others not to fall into the same trap.

Very slow delivery

This company said a George Jensen kettle was in stock with delivery in 2 weeks and it arrived 2 months and 1 week later after repeated chasing. Emails took quite a while to answer.

I would strongly advise avoiding Panik…

I would strongly advise avoiding Panik Design.

I placed an order on 3rd March for £217 and received an order confirmation, but after that there was no communication at all. I sent multiple emails and attempted to call but received no response.

After chasing, I was eventually told there were issues with delivery to my country, but still no dispatch confirmation or clear timeline was provided. I then formally cancelled the order and requested a refund, which was ignored.

I had no option but to open a PayPal dispute. I was very lucky that I had used PayPal! The company failed to respond within the PayPal case as well, and I have just received a refund from PayPal. If I had payed with my debit card I think I would not have received a refund.

This experience shows a clear pattern of taking payment without providing goods or adequate communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Bestilte noget den 3-december 2025, varer kom ikke og sendte derfor besked til firmaet, ingen savr i 1 omgang, i anden omgang fortalte jeg politiet ville få besked om deres måder at drive forretning på, så hørte jeg nogle dage efter at de ville refundere senest 10 dage efter, der er nu gået snart en måned og har ikke modtaget mine penge endnu, så nu er politiet kontaktet så må vi se om de kan gøre noget, har da aldrig handlet med et værre firma end dette, hold jer langt fra det, i ender med at blive snydt

Ordered some excellent looking stuff. Never arrived. 2.5 months later. Emailed them. Called them. Nada. Total rip off. The worst of retail summed up. Avoid like plague.

I had to take Panik Design to court

I bought a pepper grinder that broke. Panik Design originally confirmed it had a 25-year guarantee & said a replacement would be arranged.

What followed was over four months of extremely poor communication. Most follow-up emails and calls went unanswered. On the few occasions I did receive a reply, I was first told a replacement was on the way. When nothing arrived, they claimed confusion and then blamed supplier delays. Despite repeated chasing, nothing was resolved.

With no progress in sight, I ultimately had no choice but to issue a claim through Money Claim Online after I sent a Letter Before Action that they ignored.

They didn't respond to the court claim so I won the County Court judgment by default. They only paid after I emailed to make it clear that enforcement action would follow if the judgment remained unpaid.

This was a straightforward warranty issue involving a modest sum. It ended up taking six months, formal legal proceedings, and significant persistence to resolve — all of which was entirely avoidable.
