We were looking for some assistance booking a Viking cruise and came across Panache as a highly referred travel company to work with. When we called we started a conversation with Eric. What an amazing travel representative. Eric helped us with our cruise and extensive knowledge of the area we're visiting. Very straightforward booking process
This was my first time booking with Panache, but I have booked many cruises, both directly and with various travel agents. I was very impressed with the service I received. All my questions were answered promptly and my contact (Wendy Mulholland) was extremely proactive, highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Wendy had excellent product knowledge and I loved how she tailored her service to match my requirements and communication style.

Delightful! So far…
This is our first experience using Panache cruises.
We responded to an email regarding a cruise on with Oceania later this year.
Before contacting Panache I checked their Trustpilot reviews: 4.9, Excellent, however some of the negatives indicated issues surrounding bait and switch, though these were very, very much in the minority.
I called Panache and spoke with Elitsa who was delightful and could not have been more helpful.
She confirmed that our cabin class was available and at the price listed in the email, including flights and transfers. Not a hint of bait and switch.
Elitsa took the time to explain everything, was very patient with our ‘dumb’ questions and called me back having checked flight availability.
We were comfortable with Elitsa and Panache so went ahead and booked the cruise.
Obviously this is the very beginning of our relationship with Panache and their team - time will tell whether this 5 star rating is justified but so far, so good!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. They gave me the best quote I could find and were friendly, efficient and professional when it came to booking.
What I really appreciated was that they didn’t constantly pester me with calls or emails, but were always there to answer questions whenever I needed help.
The loyalty points scheme is a great bonus too — the points convert into money off your next cruise, which is a really nice perk. Would definitely book through them again!

Commend Catherine’s service & the price was also very competitive.
The booking process has been the easiest we’ve ever experienced. From the start, Catherine understood our requirements and she was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated at every stage, even over the weekend when there were changes to our booking. Having phoned up Rivera Cruises, I ended up speaking to Wendy at Panache. I was very happy with the service I received Wendy was very attentive and listened to what I required. She was able to send us some quotes which we were able to look at. We were then happy to speak to Wendy and book a cruise. We are now looking forward to our holiday .
