Great service from Lisa.
We booked our next cruise on board as per instructions from Lisa. We were expecting an additional on board discount to be made to the price by the cruise company. However on our return home we discovered that this was missing. We contacted Lisa and she immediately resolved the issue. Excellent service !

Best Cruise Connoisseurs ever
Once again Tracy Watson has been an amazing help planning, booking, and rebooking for us! We are so grateful we get to experience adventures on our bucket list with her guidance and help. It's early days yet but the experience…
It's early days yet but the experience so far has been very positive. Wendy has been most attentive in explaining some of the details of this upcoming trip of a lifetime as well as answering the many questions which arise, from the exotic to those of a more mundane nature. Excellent service from Kathryn
Excellent service from Kathryn - especially her efforts in escalating an issue when Silversea were spectacularly unhelpful & intransigent in sorting out the issue which arose in relation to using my floating deposit. As a side note - do not expect great service from Silversea’s own call centre in Manila as they seem to do everything in their power to stop you from booking a cruise! Silversea management really need to re-examine and address the awful service that their call centre offers. I would have given up booking my cruise if it wasn’t for Kathryn at Panache.

I haven't used a travel agent in maybe 10 years, and in one conversation with Jill from Panache I realised she really understood what we needed and could offer real value. The whole process was easy, even for a group booking, and with no pressure which was such a pleasure.
