Product works well. Paint matches great

The spray paint and supplies I ordered from Paint Scratch online arrived on time and the color matched the original paint on my 2012 VW CC sedan! The sand paper and primer helped me smooth out the cracks in the old paint. I have ordered more already and look forward to finishing it with the clear coat. Thank you!

Ease of use on website and I quickly matched my paint code and had plenty of single item or kits to choose from. Arrived in great time as well. I have already recommended them to a few others.

Order was missing item, contacted company it was shipped out that day. Quick response indeed. Used paint on my 2006 yr old car that desperately need touch ups on bumpers front and back plus, looks like it just came off of the show room floor! Great color match you can't even see any difference from where I sprayed. So glad I found your company, thank you so much. Gave your info to the guys at my club very impressed with the way the paint worked....

The matching of the paint is not as perfect as I would like, but it looks much better than having the scratches on my vehicle.

Ordered 6 paint products from PaintScratch. 3 of them arrived leaking. On top of that, I received the wrong color for one of my orders. I called and left a voicemail, emailed them referencing my order number asking to exchange for the correct color — never got a response. Not a call back, not an email, nothing. I reached out within hours of placing the order and was completely ignored. The product itself may be fine when it works, but when something goes wrong you are on your own. Customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend unless you are 100% sure of your order and willing to accept whatever shows up at your door with zero recourse.

The directions were great and the three step process came out extremely well!

Order was smooth until delivery. Per the shipping information, the paint pens were delivered in my mailbox, they were not. I waited a few days to ensure the package would not be late and reached out to Paintscratch.com to advise of the issue. Quick response to ask me to wait a few more days and if the package was still not delivered, to submit a refund request. Waited 4 additional days and filled out the form on their website to request a refund.

I received an email stating the issue had been resolved - and nothing else. The email doesn’t state if the refund was approved or denied. It doesn’t state when the refund would be issued or if there was anything else I needed to do. Called and left a voicemail for clarification and resent an email asking for clarification. I understand the shipping issue isn’t their fault, but sending a generic, automated email when resolving an issue for a customer shouldn’t create more confusion or ambiguity for said customer.

Great color match for 2 unique colors. Land Rover Grasmere Green and BMW Brooklyn Gray

Horrible tracking and my paint is not close in color. I believe they switched tracking for my paint, it said I received it in another state. Then a few days later, it showed up at my address. Sadd to say, but color is not even close to my paint. Totally botched purchase.
