Would not allow me to return an item, even though unused, unopened and within return timeline. Will never order here again. Lots of other places to get these products that actually accept returns if needed.

Your company cancelled my order without notifying me.. i found out by chance... and for that reason I went ahead and just purchased a new helmet somewhere else .. no reason was given ect..

Though an accessory was advertised on line - and after I contacted the parts department to verify it was available, which I was told it was - after I had placed the order and made payment I was notified that the accessory was actually not available. Though my money was refunded relatively quickly, it shows a lack of control of what is advertised and what is actually available. Disappointing.

Good price, quick shipping. Product arrived perfectly.

I was able to find an oem part for my ftr1200.
I communicated thru email, which was answered quickly.
The item arrived on time and packaged well.

They gave me one price. But at the next day they said the price was promotion and they don't have pro products at that price anymore and if I want the product a Have to pay the regular price if not they cancel mi order. I choose to cancel because I got the price on sale now they want me to pay the difference. It just a catch to get the product. Not buying anymore with them my honest review.

Listed parts in stock ordered them a couple of days later said they don’t have them and refunded me the money.
The issue was it being a waste of time not able to use wave runner.

I had a question about a part I ordered before it got shipped .so I sent a email and Tristan the parts associate responded rather quickly with the answers I needed so that I knew I was buying exactly what I needed . They will be the first place I check if I’m ever in need of another part for my waverunner . I also received my order in less than a week . Also there price was considerably cheaper from other sites I checked

Amazing and fast

They sent the wrong item, ordered a Sena 50B and got a Sena 20B.

Poor service! I placed an order online, my payment was accepted, and I received an order confirmation. I waited 7 days without receiving any updates or tracking information, so I contacted the company to check on the status of my order. Only then was I informed that there had been a pricing error. Instead of honoring the listed price, they asked me to pay the price difference to complete the purchase.

I responded by asking the company to honor the price that was listed on its website when I placed the order. Despite accepting my order and processing my payment, they refused to honor the advertised price and instead chose to cancel my order.

To make matters worse, I never requested that my order be canceled, yet I received an email stating that the cancellation and refund were being processed as if I had requested it. As of the time of this review, I have still not received the promised refund.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected to be notified promptly rather than having to reach out myself after waiting a full week with no communication.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Don’t waste your time waiting for an order that may never be fulfilled. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, with a company that stands behind its listed prices, communicates with customers in a timely and transparent manner, and follows through on its commitments.

I wasn't sure whether the product I was interested in would work on my PWC, so Justin walked me through my scenario and offered to pay for return shipping if the product would not fit. They were easy to work with and I'd order from them again.
