I ordered a paint that my RV manufacturer recommended because the last paint I ordered from you that was the actual paint code was too light. This one was the wrong paint and too blue. I am giving up since I can’t keep spending $60+ on paint that I can not use.

Received my order on time. The spray can primer, paint & clear coat were easy to use on the repaired parts. All good.

I haven’t had a chance to ensure the paint color is a match; however, my experience with the order and shipment was a positive one. Communication after the order was placed was good! 😊

It doesn’t match the color of my car. It’s too white. Disappointed for the price I paid. About the same as a $9.99 paint stick I tried first.

Color match and packaging.

I am glad I found this family-operated company. They mix the paint to order, which is what stood out most. After 40 years of using other touch-up products, leftover paint often thickened within a few months and became unusable.

Shipping was better than expected. But, the paint did not come with a technical data sheet, the color was not correct but we were able to blend it just enough. Don't ever buy any Harley Davidson colors from this place. Just go straight to the only company that is licensed to mix the colors in the UK. You pay a little more but the color will be correct, there will be someone to answer your questions and you know you'll be taken care of. Paintscratch does not offer any kind of customer support unless you aren't happy.

I changed my review because I was applying it incorrectly. Their support is very responsive and helpful even on a Sunday evening.

I received the package. I just looked at it. It looks correct, but I’ve not been able to use it because it’s too hot outside so I’m not gonna open the container and check the paint color until I’m ready to paint which will be the end of October. I cannot open it now because it might spoil before I use it

I received my order. Great price. Haven’t used it yet as waiting for rain to stop.

I received several spray cans of paint. On the can of Ebony, the spray button was broken off and the paint had escaped into the lid. (It was black on the inside) I have not yet tried to see of the paint port is now clogged or if I can even get the spray button back on preperly.

UPDATE: I was contacted by paintscratch and I learned that when you order a colored paint, the spray button is shipped detached but in the plastic top on purpose, and the paint color is sprayed into the clear lid so you can see the color as well. Seems like a lot, but I will raise my rating because everything else was good.

Paint arrived when promised. Packaging was fine and paint, primer, clearcoat, and softening cream are all in perfect condition.

Great product. If shipping were a little faster it would be perfect.
