The useless company out there

The useless company out there. They work with lowell so lowell passed our account over to them. Yet they can't verify our details online and want us to send in I.d and the people on the phone are useless. Yet if they work with lowell they have all our details. Yet trying to set up a payment plan which I want to do online is impossible. Absolutely useless and rude company. They then tell you to ring back as having system problems. Bogus solicitors with kids who answer the phone. I could do a better job and I'm not even qualified. Trying to tell me the courts have ordered £100 a month payment plan total rubbish as its been passed over from lowell and hasn't been to court since . Liars and frauds

Send out letters with random amounts of…

Send out letters with random amounts of money on them, saying I owe it. There is no indication on the letters on who these so called debts are owed to. As ive not taken out any credit in over 6 years now, they cannot enforce the debt. In fact the debt cannot be informed anyway as I do not have any sort of agreement with them, nor have I admitted liability to the so called debt amount. The courts who apparently issued a ccj and demanded I 50pound a month has clearly been done illegally, as the courts have a legal jurisdiction to inform individuals of any case raised agaisnt them, so they have the chance to dispute it! You and Lowell can jump on your bike you disgting wastes of oxygen. I will be filing for harassment if these letters continue.

Absolute scam

Sent me an email saying I will have a CCJ if I don’t pay the full balance within four months so I called and said I had received no correspondence from them and the lady read out my old address so they sent the CCJ apparently to my old address, but I put a Royal Mail redirector on my old address to my new address and hadn’t received a single letter from them or phone call and the last email I received was in March. The lady on the phone said I had no choice but to pay the full balance otherwise I would receive a CCJ even though I offered to continue with the payment plan I thought was still in progress so now I will pay £25 a month and will still get a CCJ even though it has not been issued for another five days apparently. Somebody needs to contact me and get this reversed because the CCJ has not even been issued yet through court and I have already set up a payment plan.

Unhelpful! Fraud users taking advantage

Contacted this company to inform them that someone is impersonating them as a business and they just didn’t care didn’t take no details from me basically tried to hang up on me before I even finish explaining everything!

The people impersonating them sent me a text message using their logo telling me I owe money and trying to get details for me.

Awful company I've got a payment plan set up and yet you've instructed bailiffs to attend my property. I will not be allowing them access to my property as ive done as asked and set up a payment plan.

It's a joke no wonder people are spiraling into debt

Stat Barred, Read on…..

Avoid this firm Solicitors at all costs, Overdales are connected to Lowell financial incompetent in the methods and issue CCJ against people incorrectly but shouldn’t have been ordered and then I’ll take an eternity to get resolved due to their negligence. The organisation justify the one star review on trustpilot and for anyone reading this what would propose you do is the following Make payments by direct debit after six years. Stop your payments then contact your bank and raise an indemnity claim against all payments.

All payments made to Lowell therefore what that means is the account has another payment on it hasn’t been acknowledged and effect is stat barred at this stage Lowell nor Overdales can do anything to you. They can’t enforce any form of action. They can’t enforce any sort of judgements and basically the death they bought will have been a complete waste of money for them them.

EE Claim I owe them money but I'm not…

EE Claim I owe them money but I'm not sure I do, so I challenged Lowel to prove they debt nothing from them apart from threatening letters 3 to 4 a week.

I'm a vulnerable adult with mental health issues and anxiety issues, I can't open with thses continuing hassle,

Now I getting letters from lowell and overdales threatening me.

I'm sure I never had anything on contract form EE all my phones in past have been pay as you go

I have raised this issue with both companies but getting no where

I feeling frightened and fearful

I had been with O2 for over two years when I called them to ask for an identical contract for my son - that is, the same monthly tariff. However, when the SIM card was sent, I discovered that they had signed me on a contract with a higher tariff. Thus, started the long-drawn-out exchange between me and O2. On more than two occasions, their managers owned up to their error of signing me up for a contract with a higher tariff than I asked for and that they would cancel the contracts and send me the PAC code which allowed me to transfer my old phone number without owing 02 any outstanding bills, that I would be only charged for the period I was with them – 02 send me the PAC code, which I used without any outstanding. But it came as a surprise to receive letters from O2 asking for money owed. I have called O2 several times, and they invariably told me to ignore the letters asking me to pay up the money incurred during the dispute - they said they would look into it. For about two or three months, I did not receive any letters - until the claim letter by email and post, saying I owed O2(UK) LTD, – from Lowell Portfolio I LTD – Basically, all the call handlers and managers I spoke to on the phone lied to me.
LOWELL PORTFOLIO I LTD already put a default note on my credit report, which isn’t honest -SAD
Now, the issue has been escalated to new solicitors, OVERDALES SOLICITORS, who are claiming that I owe a staggering with. This continuous harassment and lack of resolution only further exacerbates the already dire situation.
They have the worst customer service in the UK! This is a first-class set of scammers in their telephone customer service. They always pretend as if they can't speak English properly, misleading the customers.
Lowell is a terrible organization. They said they were going to mediate about an unfair and wrong O2 credit strike against me. But instead of doing that, they only listened to O2 and did absolutely nothing—no telephone record listening check/to.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could.

Sending me letters for debt, but when you email to try and resolve it no one gets back to you. ‘If you do not get back in touch within 14 days we’ll apply for warrant of control’, emailed them straight away and guess what, NO REPLY.

I’m pretty sure at this point they are partly chasing me for debt that I’ve already spent over a year paying £30 a month for, so slightly concerned where that money has gone.

Absolute disgrace of a company

I've a debt that I have a payment plan…

I've a debt that I have a payment plan in place for but even so they contacted bailiffs and added fees to my debt, they convinced me I didn't have a payment plan set up so I set another one up and noticed today 2 payments are going out yet my outstanding balance has grown. I will be taking this further!

10th of June and still haven't had a reply back from this dodgy company

Terrible

Terrible, they talk to you like your a robot not living in the real world they come chasing for a debt that's nearly 6 years old (unlucky for me) Aisha who is a so called paralegal is very rude and talks to you like you don't know what you are talking about. The debt was sold to them. Unluckily for them I've got more on them than than they have on me. They must be completely desperate to come chasing a debt that's nearly statue barred. A counter will be forthcoming as the evidence is built and plenty more. Expect an invoice from my legal team with a business ccj, durrr.

Well my experience through physical and…

Well my experience through physical and mental issues I finally contacted this company as I have learned I created a debt it's my job to own up to it. Plan in place and totally understanding staff.. I told my issues but explained I dont want sympathy like an xfactor contestant lol.. but I'm glad I rung and now it's my job to stick to it but have the help even from them to know i can ring if things go wrong.. total thumbs up.

I have spent two weeks trying to…

UPDATE ON THE EVENING OF 30/05:
Overdales tell me they’ve DM’d me but they haven’t. How’s that helpful? Is this their process for dealing with public complaints- hope they give the perception they’re responding and trying to resolve.

I have spent two weeks trying to contact this company. They have ignored all contact.
I have additional needs that mean I can't use the phone but they're ignoring this.

I have booked an appointment with a solicitor and Citizen's Advice Bureau to try to get this resolved - it seems to be the only way!
