Great platform for getting real jobs and building client trust
I’ve been using OnlineTradesmen.ie for a while now and I can honestly say it’s made a big difference to my business. The platform connects me with genuine clients who are actively looking for tradespeople — no time-wasters.
Posting and managing jobs is easy, and I appreciate how the system helps build trust through reviews and verified leads. I’ve met some great clients through it, many of whom became repeat customers.

Very Poor Service
Very poor service given.
Tradesman Joe said he would call later in the week, never did.
Then promised to call the next week, never did.
Haven't heard from him since.
Most unimpressed with the service and would not recommend!

Hi Eamon, we're sorry to hear you didn’t get the response you expected.
We’ve checked and there’s no record of a tradesman named Joe linked to your job. It also looks like the project was listed under “Bathroom Refit” for a small repair, status as 'budgeting', which may have limited interest.
We’d recommend reposting the job under a more suitable category with updated details to improve your chances of hearing back.
As a small Irish business, we rely on fair and accurate reviews to help people find and trust our service. While we completely understand your frustration, we’d just like to gently note that our platform’s role is to connect homeowners with available tradespeople, rather than deliver the service directly. Your one-star review doesn't reflect this.
Response times
Response times, quality of workmanship, variety of tradespeople on the platform make it a no brainer compared to traditional way of getting stuff done at your home.
