Roofpro allegedly fixed flashing
Roofpro allegedly fixed the chimney flashing on our roof but we still have a massive leak. They supposedly showed us photos of the leak before and after but the problem remains. We wouldn't have them back as we're now back to square one looking for a roofer we can trust.

Risposta di Roof Pro Ltd
Thank you for leaving a review. We take every customer concern seriously and stand behind all of our work with a written workmanship guarantee.
However, we have thoroughly checked our records and have no customer, job, address, or contact matching this description. We have received no follow-up call, email, or complaint from anyone regarding chimney flashing work of this nature — which is significant given that our guarantee means we return to address any issue at no charge.
We would ask that you contact us directly on 01 687 4894 or info@roofpro.ie with your job details so we can investigate fully. If this work was genuinely carried out by Roof Pro Ltd we will resolve it immediately.
If we do not hear from you we will be pursuing removal of this review through Trustpilot's dispute process.
