I just wish we had discovered Dawson House sooner! Its a pleasure to work in such a well run building, the Dawson Team are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they all go the extra mile to make our office life run smoothly.

I believe we were their first tenants back in March 2014.
At Birchin Court , Birchin Lane -- an historic street near the Bank of England ,
One Avenue are Number One .
Brilliant.
With excellent and friendly staff.
More like a boutique hotel than an office .
Although my daily power nap is only 25 minutes-- and in my office chair .....

The offices at Birchin Court are brilliant. Really good location, really good standard with a unique/boutique feel. The team at Birchin are outstanding. Personable, professional - our clients regularly comment on how great the service is!

Has to be said, they have handled the Covid situation really well. Organised, safe, communicating clearly - made it easy to keep our business running (even opening our post and sending it to various homes when we couldn't come in!!!)

One Avenue Group have done an amazing job in running and managing the office spaces here at the Westminster office. Eliza, Kirsty and Elvina make a fantastic team and always put a smile on my face when I'm in the office. The office is always incredibly clean and the facilities are also well maintained.

Over the past two years at Dawson House there's not been a day where the team hasn't delivered an outstanding service! From helping decorating and creating the perfect space for my business, to welcoming and look after my guests on a regular basis.
The building is beautifully decorated and offer a fantastic experience from the second you walk through the door.

The team at Finsbury House have been nothing but accomodating since we moved in. They are always happy and willing to assist our company, what ever our needs may be and will bend over backwards to ensure they go above and beyond for their clients. Excellent service always!!

We have had an office with the One Avenue Group for almost a month now and they have been amazing. They are always there to help, the areas are always kept clean and when they come round at the end of the day with a beer or whisky then you definitely can't complain. We hope that we will be able to stay here for as long as possible.

The One Avenue team have been looking after us at one of their City locations for over 12 months, and their level of customer service is first class. They have been extremely flexible and reactive to our changing requirements and the whole team (facilities, technology and front of house) is focused on delivering a high quality service.

Kiri and her team at 57 are brilliant. Every request is dealt with straight away and all of the front of house staff are always so helpful and efficient.

One Avenue offers excellent customer service, attention to details and a bespoke care package which makes the office a lovely place to work.
The staff is professional, friendly and always keen to help. Their office locations are perfectly suited to cater for any occasion as well as day to day office life.
I would strongly recommend booking an appointment and viewing the premises.

Kiri and the team at 57 Southwark Street have been fantastic, from helping us to find the right space, helping us settle in our new home and helping us with anything we need on a day to day basis. I've had a great service provided to me over the past 5 years. All the staff are very helpful. From Emma to Sienna to Hannah. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The management at the 1 Avenue is second to none. There is no problem big or small that is not smoothly and professionally managed.
The Management/Service team are are friendly, pleasant and highly professional. The needs of the customer is a priority.
The offices are sparkling clean and beautifully presented. The cleaning staff are ever present maintaining high standards throughout. It is more than a pleasure to be so well looked after everyday at One Avenue.

I have been based at 20 Birchin court with One Avenue group for over 4 years. The reason for this is the excellent, professional and friendly service you receive from One Avenue. The Exceptional high standards of service have been maintained even through the difficult times of Covid. The staff are amazing, they are always professional, hardworking and friendly. The ambience that is created is perfect for when my guests arrive. Great team, great service.

Kiri and her team at 57 have been superb. They are very friendly, helpful and have a "can do" attitude. The facilities are first class and the team provide additional incentives such as a weekly bonus draw and wellbeing drinks and snacks which is great for office morale. It's refreshing to see when people go the extra mile for their clients.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiri and the team who do a fantastic job all round.
