Sensational service from the Finsbury staff – we’re proud to work in such a well-maintained and sophisticated space. Our clients are always commenting on how the lounge looks like a hotel reception rather than an office. The location close to Liverpool Street station also works well for my team – honestly haven’t been able to fault them yet!

Best service in London.
When we moved in we got a welcome breakfast and drinks.
Once I forgot an anniversary so Kirsty ran out to buy flowers and a card!
Can't fault the team, they are there and ready to help with all sorts any time of any day.
They even helped me out during lockdown when business was struggling.

We've been at One Avenue for the past year or so and have to commend the front of house team of Eliza, Elvina and Kirsty. Great to deal with, professional, always on hand to help and look after our needs. One downside - they do not help your waistline as they have sweets on tap....

The team at Dawson House have been a dream since day one – everyone in my team feels right at home. We really appreciate the effort the OAG team goes to every day to make sure we’re comfortable and our guests are looked after at reception. Helen is an absolute star! Getting back into the office post-covid has gone really well, we all feel safe and we’re all feeling really energised being back.

Like swans on water! The Birchin ladies handle everything with such grace. Shout out to them for everything they do! Thanks again for the surprise birthday treats and cake for my team earlier this year, you have no idea how much of a smile that put on my (and everyone’s!) face 😊

The team at Southwark Street are so helpful and attentive everyday - we don’t know what we’d do without them! 👍

Myself and my team moved into the Birchin Court Offices at the start of the year and from the Start of my experience to now, their service has been absolutely exceptional! Their well kept building and Incredibly friendly team has left a lasting impression on us all! Upon our return to the office following the recent circumstances, it was fair to say that everyone was apprehensive, but the centre team have gone above and beyond to ensure our safety has been their top priority! From the safety measures they have put in place around the building, to the smaller details (personalised hand sanitisers) I can not give them enough credit! Thank You One Avenue for always delivering amazing service and for always looking after us!

I recently viewed offices at Birchin Court and I must say the One Avenue team really wowed me - their friendliness and hospitality were second to none and they've thought of every detail to make their offices Covid-safe. Not to mention the elegant interiors. They really made me feel at home!

We have been with One Avenue for just over a year now and we are so glad we moved into these offices! Kiri and the team are absolutely superb! They are happy to deal with any request in a timely manner and they really brighten up our employees and our guests day. One particular highlight of the building is ‘Treat Tuesdays’ where the team put on a brilliant spread of treats out for us to indulge in! Highly recommend!

Such a lovely team, especially Kirsty, nothing is too much trouble. Not seen other buildings but Petty France has been exceeded our expectations. Homely design, always spotless, with lovely little touches that really make the difference. No idea why people leave One Avenue, have worked in buildings where the front of house barely looks at you and the offices are soulless cannot even compare the to Petty France.

We came to view Dawson House/ One Avenue just last week and based on a couple of other places we had also seen and liaised with in the area, I have to say I wasn’t expecting a huge amount given the current climate and people not really being in the office at the moment.

But, I actually couldn’t quite believe the experience that we had. As soon as you walk in, they have a really cool thermal imaging camera which takes people’s temperature completely non- intrusively, as well as hand sanitiser points and the reception had clear screens to give that slight divide between us and them but still allows for that engagement. We had such a warm welcome and the lady seemed genuinely pleased to see us. She even knew my name before me having to say it which was a nice touch.

Whilst all of the Covid-19 stuff like that was great and definitely reassuring, what I was really blown away with was every single interaction I had with everyone was just second to none. They appeared to have a good contingency of staff around, all very attentive, happy and warm and I also saw a number of cleaners that were around the various communal areas that I saw throughout.

During our introductions and what we saw in the building, it was all very evident as to just how much they had thought about every possible provision for Covid- things I would never dreamed of thinking about. In addition, we were given take-away brochures, one was called ‘Adapting to the New Normal’ was an extremely thorough and insightful read as well as the accompanying health and safety brochure which demonstrated even more detail than what our conversation with the sales lady entailed.

The building really was beautiful and I am so pleased that we are going to be able to bespoke our space to our taste and even though we are now going to be the client of One Avenue’s (how could we not choose this place), I almost feel as though we are the privileged ones to be in this building.

I really would recommend and encourage anyone looking for flexible space to see these guys- they really are something else.

Simply outstanding the level of service provided by the ladies at Finsbury House they go above & beyond of what is required from them. The best decision we as a team have made moving to One Avenue.

We moved into One Avenue mid-December last year - a great move for our business of 27 staff, and after 9 months I can sincerely say that the office has lived up to all of its claims: great modern space, excellent staff: friendly, efficient who after loans go the extra mile to sort any issues we might have (few, if any)
I would have no hesitation in recommending the office to any prospective new clients and we all look forward to extending our stay at One Avenue for years to come.

I cannot recommend One Avenue Group enough, from helping us with our relocation and settling in, to their support with client meetings and business lunches.....and everything in between.

Nothing is too much trouble for their helpful and friendly staff.

Walked into Petty France, beautifully decorated with a abundance of natural light throughout the building.
I got instantly welcomed by the staff who were warm and professional and could answer all my questions about One Avenue services and the local area.
Safe to say if I was based here I would be proud to have the girls as the face of my company

Amazing building, amazing service!

Centre staff are incredible, always warm and extremely friendly. We always receive compliments from our guests about the exceptional service yet receive when visiting.

Extremely friendly and kind service as soon as you walk through the door, always willing to help out and can have some great banter as well.

The office girls are amazing and super helpful and always have a smile on their faces.

Amazing offices and great people what more could you want.

Definitely recommend to anyone. Exceptional.
