Quite simply the best office space I have ever had the pleasure of working in, Petty France location. The service is exceptional, the space is well located and beautifully designed. Bringing clients here is an absolute breeze (if you're in a sales industry, this location will sell your product alone in its professionalism and service).

I've been working here for two months, and within a week I was made to feel like part of the OAG family. In fact, only three weeks ago I moved into a new apartment with no furniture. When casually mentioning this to the OAG team, they quickly couriered me a sofa to tie me over for a few weeks. The courier arrived with the sofa, a bottle of champagne and a congratulations card.

Ben, Eliza, Abbie, and the rest of the team, it's truly an honour. Please let me work with this community forever!

Honestly, the team couldn't do enough for us, Ashley at Jewry street was great took us through all the options, and made the process so clear. Was introduced to Kirsty who customized the office to our exact spec down to the pillows we wanted in the room.....

A great building with excellent friendly service, it’s like working in a 5 star complex. The staff are really exceptional, and deserve all of the credit for making such a good atmosphere to be in.

We have recently moved in to the building and I must say the staff always go above and beyond to help with everything that is asked. Everyone is very friendly as well and I am always greeted with a smile which is lovely.

The offices themselves are decorated well and the little things have been thought of, would recommend to any other company.

We moved into North Row this month and was sceptical about how we would adapt to working in a serviced office. I'm pleased to say we have been blown away. The level of service is always of a very high standard. The team here are welcoming, kind and courteous and nothing is too much for them to assist with.
The facilities are on point, offices and communal areas are beautifully decorated, well kept and always clean and tidy.
We are very happy here and would thoroughly recommend.

We've moved out of the Dawson House office that is near Aldgate station, and would like to recognize their hearty service. They are a very organized and mature team. Once stepping into the building, you can see lots of details, making every day special, not to mention holidays like Halloween or Valentine's day. Also, the free booze and dessert just energized those gloomy afternoons, so thank you!

Recently moved into One Avenue Group’s (OAG) Victoria Petty France office. Having been a client of two similar office providers over the past 8yrs, we have good reference points in the London market.

We’ve not taken the time to write any Trustpilot reviews before, but felt it appropriate to let others know that OAG’s product offering and level of customer service are head and shoulders above what we have experienced in the past.

The offices are well-located, always spotless and supported by a team who go above-and-beyond on a daily basis with a smile.

An important point for us was hosting external client meetings; our guests have been consistently impressed with the quality of the conference rooms available. Treat Tuesday’s are a particular favourite for them as they are for us.

To conclude, we couldn’t recommend OAG highly enough. Thank you to the team that have looked after us so far (Kirsty, Ben, Eliza, Abbie, Sienna, apologies if we’ve missed anyone!). We look forward to sticking around for a while if you’ll have us!

57 Southwark Street.

Thank you to the team @ One Avenue 57 Southwark street! The team are always really friendly and accommodating. Always ready to help and just such a lovely well presented bunch of people!! Best place ever x

We have been at 57 Southwark Street for over two years now. We are a medical clinic and so we have very different needs from most of the other companies in the building with (in normal times) a constant stream of clients whom the One Avenue staff greet and direct, co-ordinating all the while with our team in our clinic on the first floor. The One Avenue team also trust us, in their absence, to operate our clinics on a Saturday - and the same was true during the first lockdown. The One Avenue team in the building only ever embrace the needs of our company, never do they complain and only very rarely do they push back on our requests which, as I say, are almost certainly of a very different nature from the other companies in the building. We really appreciate this and it's one of the many reasons we enjoy being here. Moving in and fitting out the clinic rooms when we first came to 57, Southwark Street was also a very smooth experience and I should also mention that we been granted several rent payment deferrals to help us through the pandemic which hit us hard because we are a young company, in a face to face business, located in central London. We have four clinics in London and four different landlords and have seen first hand (Regus and Citibase) what a bad landlord looks like. 57 Southwark Street is by far the most expensive of our four London locations, but the excellent facilities here and very high level of service that we receive matches the fee.

One Avenue Group is genuinely the best-serviced office buildings I have ever worked in. The service is exceptional, the ladies that run the building are truly amazing. A special mention to Lauren, Libby and Daisy for always having a smile on their face and for being so accommodating and helpful. They always go above and beyond coming up with innovative ways to keep things interesting! Treat Tuesdays and the Wheel of fortune are just but a couple of ways they get everyone involved having fun! As well as the attention to detail on special events like St Patrick's Day, Easter and Christmas.

I have been a tenant of Dawson House for over 2 years now and in that time they have provided first class service to our business not least during last year when we experienced the adverse impacts of COVID – the staff worked throughout delivering high levels of support to our business whilst also continuing their friendly and super efficient service everyday. I cannot recommend Dawson House more highly to anyone considering a move to this excellent business and location.

Our experience with Petty France has been complete luxury compared to other shared office space. Having viewed numerous options in the area and other brands it stood out. Since working here the Petty France team have been exceptional and met our every need. Eliza & Abby on reception and Santi in maintenance have been terrific. Kirsty the building manager has been there every step of the way with our move in and is always on hand. Our experience with Petty France has been outstanding and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering the business.

The team at One Avenue Group Finsbury House are amazing. From the moment we moved in the staff have gone above and beyond to cater to our needs. We have been blown away by the level of service they provide.

I will be highly recommending to anyone who tells me they are looking for office space!

During the current situation we are in and the worry of returning to the office, Dawson House once again has not let us down. They have ensured we feel comfortable and safe during the unexpected times by providing a safe environment for our team to return.

The One Avenue team are fantastic- we have been a long-standing client of theirs for a while now and have been based at both Finsbury House and Dawson House locations. Over the years, they have never failed to support, assist and just generally put a smile on our faces every day.

The teams are all second to none- I have never come across a Company before to have such willing and genuinely dedicated staff.

There isn't really anything I could fault them on, but the one key thing that really seals it for us is the way in which they handle our guests and when we hold meetings with external people in the building, they knock it out of the park each and every time.

I really could not thank them enough for all they have done for us over the years. They now truly feel as though they are a part of our business, and us theirs.
