Number One Car & Van Hire Recensioni

Received a quote quickly. Both pick-up and drop-off were conducted professionally and any questions answered. Handy location near to Hackbridge Station. Very pleased with the service.

Great reliable company. Used them for nearly three years and never had any issues. Everyone in the office very helpful, friendly and professional.

The company help me when other rental companies were fully booked, the staff are really polite and friendly

Our choice was driven by cost and Number One Car & Van Hire was the cheapest. That said the hire process was smooth and efficient and didn't take too long and the van was clean and in good working order. The return was nice and quick, probably because there was nothing extra to report, but appreciated nonetheless.

I received a van where the windows didn't open unless you opened the drivers door, I raised this problem with the guy that handed over the van, but he didn't seem to be bothered by this issue, saying it might rectify it's self latter on. Not the response I was expecting.

Everything was excellent. from begining to end

Have been using Number One now for three years and would never use another care hire company. Always great service, always a great car and always really reasonably priced.

Second time in 3 months hiring from Number One; affordable, helpful and straightforward.
Good experience collecting and handing back the van. Fuel check, dents & scratches inspection & pictures was all done efficiently and thoroughly.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Easy to book. Quick and painless pickup and drop off. High quality van.
I liked the fact that it is 24hr hire period from a choice of pickup times (as opposed to a blanket 9am start).
I will use them again.

Great, friendly service, very reasonably priced, and the van was in great condition. Hired a low-loader to move properties, and had zero complaints. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I had pre-booked the van and picked it up when agreed. The van, was as described and perfect for what I wanted it for. Delivered back earlier than the opening times as this was convenient for us, which again, was no problem. We have used Number 1 car & van hire on numerous occasions and we will continue to use them when the need arises.

I've used Number One twice now for van hire, and the process was easy and the staff pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

Good condition of vans, will be using again and the firm is flexible with good options. Would definitely recommend

The whole team were excellent. On a stressful day of moving home they made everything so simple. For quite a last minute booking the prices were great. Will definitely recommend

I have used this company for a number of years.
I have always found this company to be helpful and always professional in my experience of them.

The staff are caring and helpful.
I highly recommend this company.

Hired a transit taillift brilliant service got showed how to use it no issues at all brilliant service all round don’t think you could get better anywhere

Friendly, no fuss service. Good prices also. I was very happy with the car I hired and would recommend you give them a try.

This was the second time i have used Number One. i rented a van on both occasions and found the service to be friendly and efficient. As with all insurance companies i suggest you also photograph any defects and watch those wheel hubs (as warned by Number One helpful assistant).

The staff were very friendly and helpful The vehicle was clean and ready before the due pick up time Would highly recommend their service especially at those very competitive rates
