We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

An unscrupulous shower
Ignore their replies to the negative reviews on here requesting to contact their customer services – I did that very thing and they dismissed my claim out of hand, a second time. It's just a front and subterfuge to mitigate the bad press... Incidentally, some of these glowing five-star reviews from one-off reviewers are very suspicious. Again, an unscrupulous shower.

Upon checking our records, I can see that your return flight was cancelled by the airline in question. The claim was settled on 16/12/2022 in the sum of £600 for our delay benefit.
I can also see that you have submitted a formal complaint and this was acknowledged on the 08/03/2023. Please therefore expect to receive our Final Company Decision within the timeframes outlined in the acknowledgement letter.

The signing up process was relatively easy. The website was clear and questions unambiguous. As with all insurance companies, the final assessment can only be made in the unhappy event of having to make a claim. However, the signing up and supporting documentation received bodes well.

Claim settled in full
Just to say I eventually got my claim settled in full. It did take about 12 weeks which seems somewhat excessive but I was very happy with the outcome in the end
