Our engineer Kyle 9261 was polite and friendly and went over and above to try to fix our machine. He explained everything he was doing and was thorough, knowledgable and professional. Unfortunately couldn’t fix on the day due to needing an additional part, but booked me in there and then to return when the part is available.

Excellent and very efficient service from Engineer 2074 today and my washing machine is working perfectly. The three hour window was useful and tracking was spot on. Faulty parts were replaced and everything was explained to me. I am very happy. Thank you very much.

I am writing to highly recommend…
I am writing to highly recommend Pacifica Group following a gas hob repair at my home today. Our engineer, Mark Atherton (6086), was exceptional. He arrived promptly and completed the repair with great technical skill, but what truly stood out was how he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It is rare to find such a high level of professionalism and care. I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Mark!
