The setup process was really easy and straight forward but there are a couple of points to be aware of....
1. The points aren't easily converted to real benefit. Seemingly very few retailers and a clunky proess - never personally got it to work.
2. I have just been abroad and the card rarely worked. Fortunately I had another to use but trying to establish why was a completely futile exercise.
3. The autopsy worked the first time but the 2nd time failed to work and I can get a reason why. My bank says no request for funds came through but Yonder havn't properly responded yet.

Easy to use perfect for all type of transactions only thing is low credit facility compared to my Lloyds credit card.

Really love using Yonder. The app is super easy to navigate, the points system is genuinely rewarding, and it’s been particularly great for travel. I’ve also had a really good experience with their customer service — always quick and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Definitely one of the best cards I’ve used.

Simple to use

Great team, super responsive. Helped me out with a chargeback against a well known Scammy dropshipper. Excited that new places to use points are being added - we need more in north London! Only piece of feedback on some ways to redeem eg flights and hotels is that even after using points, much cheaper deals can be found on other websites for the same flights and hotel stays… same with car hire etc

Its great for the points, but they struggle to give you meaningful credit similar to other banks or amex. Pretty shitty because of that and probably to save them the points or something. Wouldn't recommend

A great rewards card. Only worth it if you have a season of big spending and take advantage of the intro offer, but if those two things are the case for you this is a brilliant card!

As per my previous post, I had a Yonder Credit Card in December 2025 for around a week. I decided it wasn’t for me and settled the balance and cancelled the card via their app.

For 6 months I was emailing Yonder as the account still showed as Active on my credit report (Experian and TransUnion). After multiple calls and emails, the account was finally closed in June 2026.

Around 6 weeks later, the account is now showing as active again on both credit reports. I have no idea why this company can’t close an account and keep it closed. There is a £0 balance and I was assured by Yonder that the account was closed correctly on more than one occasion.

I honestly have no idea how to get this company to close my account and keep it closed.

Luckily I’m not in the process of buying a house or anything that requires any unused accounts to be closed.

This has been a relentless stress that nobody at Yonder seems to take seriously.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Transfer experience was very easy, account setup was a doddle. Looking forward to earning lots of points!

Great app, good rewards & very easy to use with good communication

Excellent credit card if you live in London. There are so many trendy restaurants and cafes that are always being updated.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with, they put a suspension on my account out of nowhere asking me personal questions like why am I withdrawing money its none of your business know is it? I suffer with mental health issues and need to buy food to take some of my medication today but now I will not be able to eat food or take my medication, I also need to pay bills due today now I cant as they are holding my money hostage, I have asked them to transfer my money back to my Nationwide bank account today and they are just ignoring me. DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

Applied for the card and got a good balance straight away, the card arrived within 2 days and is quite smart.
The apr is not great but if you intend to pay it off every month it has some good perks with it.
I did try and use it for the 1st time in a restaurant in Cyprus but it declined, so had to use an other card.
They messaged saying try it again, but that was too late, I’d sorted it. Not a good start for me to be honest when I needed it.

Easy to set up and application, lots of way to earn and spend points, so far so good

I used to be an AMEX member and wondered why there couldn’t be more experiences available. Then I found Yonder. There is always so much to redeem points for, and there’s always new and exciting options becoming available.

Apart from this, the app itself is amazing and the support that goes with it is equally as good. Would highly recommend to anyone!
