Exceptional service
I've been here twice now and don't share the same negative views as others. I found Laura and Mark to be great and a real asset to this depot. Their communication was second to none, and ultimately they did what they said they were going to do - no messing about. No question was too small. They kept me informed along the way and looked after my needs and that of the van's. I would recommend them.

Technician Dave Webster.
A technician attended my vehicle called Dave Webster, he was very informative, put my mind at ease by knowing what the fault was, and told me exactly how he was going to repair it.
Vehicle was fixed in no time.
Dave is a credit to the company, and kept in touch later on that evening to see that I got home with no further issues.

I am driving a support vehicle for a…
I am driving a support vehicle for a man who is walking 268 Pennine way despite having terminal Cancer. The tailgate would not open and we could not get to the Chemo meds or any equipment. Josh Barker was Superb. On time, Professional and Fixed the Problem or the whole trip would have been jeopardised
and it would have been dangerous for Ian
without his Meds. Thanks Josh
If not for Josh the IAN HENSLEY PENNINE WAY WALK MAY 2025 would have been Abandoned and would have risked the £25,000 being achieved for MYELOMA UK and the Raising of Awareness of this Cancer which also killed my Wife

Damage to customers vehicle not reported On the 3rd if March this year I took my…
On the 3rd if March this year I took my Vito van to the Elland road branch of Northside Truck and Van for an MOT.Whilst it was in their workshop an accident happened with a jack that caused a considerable dent in the sill.Nothing was said when I collected the van and I only discovered the damage a couple of days later when cleaning the van.The service manager accepted that the damage was their responsibility and after several weeks the damage was repaired in a body shop.My complaint is the disreputable,unprofessional manner this situation was handled.I asked how the damage had happened and why no one from Northside had had the courtesy to inform me that it had happened.To date no one from Northside has felt the need to apologise to me for the inconvenience and delay in fixing the damage.The only positive thing is that (no thanks to Northside)I have now sold the Vito and hopefully will never have to deal with Northside again.
