Following Sayeed's advice to order through UberEats, I was further frustrated when I discovered I had been misled into paying for unnecessary items and additional fees, amounting to a total loss of £10.45. Despite my repeated requests to speak with the manager, I was met with indifference and excuses. This lack of accountability and professionalism from the establishment is truly disheartening.
