Wonderful experience from start to finish
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the get go. We got an excellent part ex deal for our vehicle and we are very happy with the quality of our new one. Drove all the way down from north Staffordshire as it was the best deal we could find by a long way. Our new car is fantastic and has been well looked after and well maintained by Norman Motors. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Stuart, who has been in the business for many years and we felt comfortable and at ease in the handover.

Great experience from Neil and the team!
We went in to look at a car that we saw online. We met Neil who even though it was very busy made time to speak to us and make time for us to come back after lunch.
When we returned all of our questions were answered and we had a clear picture of what we were getting we agreed the purchase there and then.

Neil made my car purchase extremely enjoyable
Neil was very patient, explaining the functions of the car more than once. Having moved from a 2010 Manuel diesel to a 2023 automatic petrol hybrid, it was a bit of a leap. Customer service etc was exemplary and he phoned a couple of days later to check everything was okay.

Norman Motors are one of the best dealers I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. They have a fantastic selection of quality cars and incredible staff. Purchase of New Car
We visited Norman Motors because we found the car we wanted at a good price. We called them, was told that it was available and so drove to view the car. We were then told that there was a lot of interest in the car and that someone was getting credit to buy it. I would have preferred to be told this before driving out to view and so not being pressured to buy now, even if unintentional. Thankfully we liked the car and wished to buy anyway. I did ask if there was anything we should know and was not told about the chip in the windscreen or the damaged panel in the door, both of which we noticed later. I know I should have noticed these on inspection but would have preferred if they could be honest and just tell us before we buy, especially as I had asked. These are my only gripes and ultimately, the car was as advertised and the process was relatively straight forward. They were helpful in holding it while we sorted the payment and were pleasant to engage with. I would buy with them again.

I’m genuinely sorry that you weren’t made aware before travelling, that there was already strong interest in the vehicle. We certainly never want customers to feel pressured, even unintentionally and I understand how that could have been frustrating after making the journey to see the car.
I’m also disappointed to read your comments regarding the stone chip to the windscreen and the door panel damage. You were absolutely right to ask if there was anything you should be aware of, and in an ideal world those points should have been proactively highlighted. While used cars can inevitably carry minor imperfections, transparency is very important to us.
That said, I’m pleased to hear that overall you found the car to be as advertised, the process straightforward and that the team were helpful and pleasant to deal with, particularly when holding the car while you arranged payment. I’m also grateful that, despite the points raised, you would consider buying from us again.

My experience with Norman motors was good and honest. I bought a used mg 4 ev and what a brilliant car it is , I bought my car without seeing it in person , Clyde who dealt with the buying was great he walked around the car while on the phone with him , and assured me there were no defects at all , he was spot on . Sadly as the car was just about to be delivered to me a warning light came on , so car had to be taken back to them , anyway after a few days it was delivered in good order . I’m happy to say the service I got from Norman’s was very good.

Stuart was amazing. Did everything he said he was going to do, so was extremely reliable. Would go back to Stuart for our next car.
