Great experience start to finish
Bought my latest car from these guys, great service from start to finish. Once I paid the deposit they held the car for me until I sorted out my old car (which took longer than I wanted). Stuart was extremely helpful all the way through the process & I couldn’t have been looked after any better. Would highly recommend these guys for any cars in the future.

Good people to do business with
I was looking to replace my larger car with a newer more economical model, I saw that Norman Motors had the exact model and spec that I was looking for. I went over to Norman Motors and had a friendly open chat with Ben and Gus. I took the car out for a drive and was pleased with what I found. I explained to them that I had another couple to look at, this did not faze them in any way.
A few days later, Ben called to see how my car shopping was going, we had another friendly chat and I agreed to put a holding deposit on the car that I had driven without no commitment on my part to actually complete the purchase. This was really good from my perspective.
As it was, I decided that the example that I had driven was the best example of the model and spec that I wanted and could not be beaten for price or value.
The transaction was very smooth. I would certainly recommend Norman Motors as good, honest people to do business with.

This Company cares about your experience owning one of their cars.
Have a great selection of premium cars. No pressure selling - unlike a dealership I went to previously. Also offer a free 3 month warranty. They have a separate service centre and proven track record in offering great aftercare.
I spoke to Stuart who organised my test drive in the car out by myself - which meant i could properly get a feel for the car and feel relaxed. Bought a Volo XC40 (February)
The process was made so simple. I noticed the service on the vehicle was due in April and asked if this could be carried out, before I took charge of the car - which they did.
However they also carried out an MOT (which was due in May) before I picked up the vehicle. This made me feel completely reassured that I was buying my car from the right people.
When I went to collect the car I asked Stuart if there were any advisories on the MOT inspection. Reassuringly Stuart explained that these would have been put right. They car had new front tyres and brake pads.
Even registering and taxing my car was made simple Stuart did this while we were sat together in the dealership for me.
This was a first class service. Most importantly, I felt reassured and relaxed. This Company obviously cares about your experience owning one of their cars.

Exceptional Experience
I purchased a car today from Louis at the Poole branch of Norman Motors and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
After a previous bad experience with a completely different dealership, I felt quite anxious going into the process. However, once I explained my concerns, Louis was incredibly understanding, patient, and reassuring. He immediately put me at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
His knowledge about the car I was enquiring about was exceptional, and it’s clear he’s genuinely passionate about both cars and his job. That enthusiasm, combined with his professionalism, gave me complete confidence in both him and Norman Motors.
The whole team provided fantastic service from start to finish. Louis truly went above and beyond to help me secure the car and made the collection process as convenient as possible, offering flexibility around picking up the keys or arranging collection—whatever worked best for me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return for my next car and have already recommended Louis to friends and family. An outstanding experience all round.

Excellent customer service
We bought our car about 6 weeks ago now. After a week we noticed a problem with the car. We called Neil and he immediately got us in touch with the service dept who promptly booked us in and found the problem. They ordered the part needed and repaired the car. At every stage of the car buying process and the after care every person we have dealt with has been exceptional. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend Norman Motors. My only regret is not taking the additional warranty as they would definitely look after you and the car, and experiencing the after care has given me such piece of mind. Great experience with the guys at Bournemouth Road site, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
Lewis dealt with the purchase of a lovey mini cooper for my wife, he did all the paperwork and tax etc and talked us through the extended warranty which also came with breakdown cover. Very happy from the beginning to picking the car up.

A good result !
It started off where we had the good fortune to speak to a salesman, Gus . He was very attentive and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. After the purchase of the vehicle I had occasion to deal with a couple of other salesman who were just as obliging.

For me this was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Easy, relaxed and no pressure sales tactics.
