Excellent service from Stuart
Excellent service from Stuart, as I was based in Leicester, it would have been a long drive to Bournemouth (so purchased the vehicle online), and had it delivered. Took it out on road test with delivery driver, everything was fine with vehicle, fab service from Norman Motors, would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, very helpful and trustworthy 👍😊

Great service, Great Garage, highly recommended
First thing I would like to say is a very big thank you to Jonathan for making the whole experience fantastic from start to finish I couldn't have asked for better.
I visited the showroom in poole as I was in the market for a used car that was in good condition and had been looked after with service history. I am pleased as to be writing this review that I found such a thing. They have a wonderful selection of cars that all look wonderful and clean, unfortunately for me a lot of them were out of my price range but fair prices for what they are. The showroom is gorgeous very clean and kept well.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to look at Norman motors as the service and work is incredible, I will certainly be looking at purchasing another car from them in the future if I am able to afford it.

Car sales as it should be done
10/04/26 quick update. I had a minor issue with a flat battery. I phoned Norman Motors on Good Friday and they immediately put me in touch with their recovery and home start provider who got someone out in only an hour. I then spoke to the Servicing Manager on the Tuesday and he straight away agreed I could take it to Halfords for a new battery under their warranty. I emailed the receipt and payment was in my bank account on the Wednesday. I even received a phone call on Tuesday afternoon apologising that their accounts manager was on holiday, otherwise I would have been reimbursed the same day. Amazing service from probably the best motor dealers I have ever dealt with.
The guys at Norman Motors are really friendly and easy to deal with. There's no pressured selling and they are happy to allow you time to view and test the cars at your own pace, while still being available should you have any questions. I personally had a very good experience and would be happy to recommend them. The car I purchased was well priced and exactly as described. Even though neither were due a fresh MOT and service were done before I collected the car, at no charge. I had no need to haggle over the part exchange value of my old car as they were happy to pay what I wanted (be realistic in your expectations) and so far the new car has fully lived up to expectations.

Amazing Cars, Amazing buying process
Just recently bought a black M135i from Neil at Norman Motors.
The process from initial enquiry to sale of the car was as simple as could be. Unfortunately they wouldn't take the car I had at the time as PX but that was no worry, Neil suggested an idea and upon taking it I was able to part with it and move onto the M135i.
Applying for the finance on the car was easy as pie, can't fault the process by any means.
Collection of the car got a little messy but that's alright, handover of the vehicle and follow up by Neil has been amazing, if the team have anything for sale in the future would definitely be coming back.

From seeing the car online to…driving back home to Newcastle.
From seeing the car online (Mercedes E class night edition plus ) to contacting the Garage was daunting to say the least ,
This is where we first met Jonathan a car salesman with a wealth of knowledge (45 years in the trade) and a true gentleman,
I agreed on the price , but now for collection, we live in the north east of England and the car is on the south coast of England namely Bournmouth, a small chat with Jonathan and his Manager and they very kindly paid for my flight from Newcastle to Southampton, where we (my daughter and i ) jumped straight on a train to Bournmouth 40 minute pleasant train journey, we were met at Bournmouth Station by Jonathan dressed immaculately, driving a beautiful black BMW , the short journey to the showroom took 15 minutes to a very nice showroom indeed with photographs of the 73 years history of the family owned garage, with a fantastic assortment of vehicles to suit every member of the family,
Now we did the paperwork given a nice cup of coffee, Jonathan once again an expert in the art of communication where computer screens are involved, we were automatically given a 3 month warranty but extended it there and then up to 2 years as this is Norman’s Motors very own warranty,
Jonathan then took us to the side of the showroom where our car had been fully valeted and looked in showroom condition absolutely everything i wanted but very hard to see in a photo on your laptop ?
Jonathan went right through the car and explained everything in detail i couldn’t have been happier ,
looking at the fuel gauge we noticed it had a full tank of fuel , this was done by Jonathan as a small but sincere thank you for the distance we had travelled ( 381miles )
On leaving Jonathan even gave us directions to the Bournmouth Pier for fish and chips at lunchtime before we set off back up north ,
Honestly this was a fantastic day and night to remember for me and my
daughter and Normans Garage looked after us like we’ve never really been
looked after before, and we have both bought numerous Mercedes vehicles from dealers all over the UK 🇬🇧
Don’t let the distance put you off , these people will look after you no matter where you travel from,
Would i go back to Normans Garage again ? Hopefully this Mercedes lasts me well into retirement, but if i was in the market for another car 100% i would ,
