They claim to be under new management for a few years now, but they seem to have reverted to their old ways of never returning calls or responding to emails.
I am glad I came here to check before buying with them because clearly their customer service still sucks

I was skeptical about soundproofing…

I was skeptical about soundproofing systems as could be a costly mistake but had to try something to deaden the noise from next door. The bedroom was particularly bad and disturbed sleep was the norm.
Ordered the direct to wall panels, boy were they heavy.
Arrived bang on time.
Fitted the panels the week before Christmas but then had to leave it until the new year, the noise from next door was better but still loudish.
Completed last week, sealed all the edges, plastered, repapered, reinstalled coving and put everything back in place and what a difference. I can't hear a thing and my wife who's hearing is really acute says that apart from the occasional door banging it's great. So we'll pleased and we are both sleeping better.

No response from staff for messaging & calling almost like 1 mth

Have been messaging and calling for advice and to come down to my house to view and seeking further clarification on the quoted works sent to me but i think it has been like 1 month and still couldn't get any response from staff. Very disappointed with the customer service indeed!!!

Are your call centre staff still alive?

Product is ok for the price hence I've given a star, however the customer service is a nother story. They don't answer the phone, and when they do they say a person will call you back to discuss your enquiry but don't. When you actually order from them (twice now) their website says they will call to arrange delivery within 3-5 working days...don't expect a call as they don't. Both times the orders randomly arrived on random days with no prior warning. The drivers are extremely unhelpful and in the most recent case smacked the boarding in my front door denting the boarding. No apology.

Perhaps they need to check on whoever is meant to call to arrange deliveries as either they're busy binging Netflix's catalogue of original shows or they've popped off this mortal coil. Those can surely be the only logical reasons for why they're not doing their job!

Would I buy from them again? NO! Id go searching elsewhere based on both poor experiences. Once can be a mistake. Twice shows a distinct lack of care for their customers.

In response to the reply, yes I did speak with someone today who acknowledged we'd not been contacted to arrange delivery. Although he listened, he offered little to suggest this would be taken seriously.

Regarding my flippant comments, the purpose of these were to demonstrate how frustrating and poor the customer service has been and how there is no excuse for not arranging deliveries when that is the purpose of your business, to deliver products. I will not use you again and will never recommend you considering your poor standard of service.

We will look into your delivery experience and look at ways of improving this in the future to avoid any future issues.

Deliveries are handled by a dedicated delivery network that we use to handle our pallet deliveries, and we will, of cause raise the issues you have highlighted through your experience.

A member of the team took your phone enquiry this morning, and your email enquiry was answered, which you acknowledged in the subsequent phone call.

I can confirm that Netflix or any other TV stations are not allowed within the offices. Not sure that suggesting somebody's death is a reason for reviewing a companies service is appropriate.

Noisestop Say One Thing But Do Another.

As job was time critical, as advised on company website I phoned to confirm the material I wanted was all in stock. It was. Website said delivery in 2-3 days, asked if this would be an issue given press reports of driver shortages nationally and assured not. I explained I needed it no later than 3 days time, the Friday, and was told okay so placed order at 11am. I called Noisestop at 9:25am on the Friday to confirm it would be getting delivered that day. Was told they'd call me back in 15 minutes. After 90 minutes I phoned again to be told it hadn't left and couldn't be delivered that day. Asked for next day delivery and was told they'd check then call back. Again having received no call I phoned them at 2:50pm to be told they'd chase up response. Noisestop called at 3pm to say order would be going out on Monday - 6 days after order placed. I cancelled order due to breach of trust and promise. Soon after I received a text message advising order would be despatched on a two day run on Monday so delivery would be Tuesday! Had to phone then write to confirm I had cancelled my order. It should not take Noisestop 6 days to get a stocked order into a delivery van, nor should Noisestop commit to deliver in 2-3 days when customer calls with time critical order without being certain it will honour its promise. Needless to say I had to postpone my plasterer who now tells me he's fully booked until December, so project timescale blown. I feel bitterly disappointed, not only at broken delivery dates, but also poor customer service received from this company. Oh, and I'm still awaiting the phone call from their Operations Manager requested 3 days ago.

Thanks for your feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise for any undue inconvenience caused due to a delivery not being on schedule. We do try to provide customers with accurate delivery dates as and when they are requested. In this case we did miss your required delivery date. In order to try and prevent this happening in the future we have extended our expected delivery lead time to try and eliviate this any future problems. The added pressure that delivery companies are currently under can cause disruption to the any companies supply chain. We are sure that by extending the expected delivery dates we will ensure this sort of problem will be avoided in the future. Every effort was made to try and reschedule your delivery on the Friday, but unfortunately the carrier that had the order could not bring the delivery forward to a Saturday or Sunday as they did not have that service available. Our standard deliveries are Monday to Friday, we would have expected your order to be delivered on the Friday. The next available date was the following Monday. As this was to late the order was cancelled and a refund was issued on the same day. I would like to apologise again for the missed delivery date, but I can assure you every effort was made to try and solve the issue. Thankfully this is an isolated incident in what is otherwise a very reliable delivery method.

Good product and price & excellent delivery Man

I like the product. Very heavy though ans need a lifter to get to the ceiling. I got noisestop 2+ and screwed it directly to the ceiling and with the 100mm mineral insulation. Sound has reduced dramatically. Not fully. But good enough for me. Delivery charges are high even if you are getting 2 panels you end up paying too much.
But I must mention the delivery driver I got. The 5 stars are for him actually he delivered each board to the door and there were 25 of them. If I had known I would have had a medal ready for him. That guy was fantastic. Never had experienced such good customer service for a difficult to carry product by two people. Never mind by one only.
4 star for the product and 5th for him. Bless you man.

Not effective for C1930s semi

Well like another on here with a house C1930 unfortunately the premium direct to wall panels have not worked, am sure they would work on a different type house construction, but unfortunately not my 1930s semi. Have fitted them to both floors but I can still clearly hear the TV next door,
I also even attempted to address the flanking noise issue with heavy duty accoustic under floor rockwool but sadly still no improvement. Still 4 stars, good quality product easy to install but very heavy needs 2 definitely. I used the smart tack and was amazed it held the panels but it did. Have one whole panel now left over if anybody is interested.

Unfortunately the product just didn't work for us

I ordered the Noisestop 2+ panels as we live in a house built C1930 and at times it feels like there is no party wall between us and our neighbours. Unfortunately, after installing on two of the 4 party walls it was evident that it made no difference to the noise for us. I don't doubt that the product as we know personally of other people who have used this product and it did make a huge difference (we also used the same installer). Therefore, it can only be concluded that it is the construction of our house which is still allowing sound to carry through - something that Noisestop do refer to on their website, however we really didn't want to go further with installation of sound proofing as it would mean a complete refurbishment.
I'm still giving 4 stars, as the customer service has been brilliant, when I called Noisestop they were apologetic that it didn't work as hoped, but arranged collection of the remaining unused panels the next day and refunded accordingly.

Just a quick note to say thank you

Just a quick note to say thank you. I've had the noise 2 system installed now for a number of weeks and its greatly improved my mental health not having to hear my annoying neighbours. I will be ordering more from you in due course for my lounge wall when I've saved up some more cash (things are difficult atm with caronavirus) but such is life. I would have gone completely mad if I hadn't have got one of your systems in place. The whole process was simple from ordering to when I called up to change my order it all went smoothly. THANKS AGAIN

Third time lucky...

So, these guys do a solution which is reasonably priced, goes up with adhesive and seems dense enough to do the job of preventing airbourne noise from neighbours' conversation and TV through a brick party wall.

The problem is the service. Took us nearly three weeks in the end from ordering to getting what we needed to do a wall just over 7m2. This delayed our decoration of the bedroom considerably and we had to constantly follow up to prompt Noisestop to solve problems and finally get what we'd paid for.

First set of 5 boards took a week to arrive and were all damaged. I refused delivery. It took me 8 phone calls to get through to them and even then I was only able to leave a message. They did call back and said they'd ship replacement boards.

I had no further info and so contacted them a few working days later to ask when I'd get a delivery as I had been given no tracking info. Was told the next day. When I called the next day to ask what time, I was told it would be the day after that!

When the replacement boards did finally arrive nearly two weeks after my original order, the bottom one split top to bottom as it had been put plasterboard side down on a wet pallet and water had soaked into the plasterboard. Why they don't automatically place the lowest board rubber-side down when stacking them is beyond me. That's the waterproof side so it would make most sense.

An email to them asking for a replacement was never replied to. In fact, when I called a day later, they admitted that they hadn't even read it. I know everyone's dealing with a Covid 19 backlog, but their website doesn't say anything about lower staffing levels and there's not even and autoresponse saying that email processing might be delayed. Simple things to do to communicate with customers.

In the end, they shipped not one but two replacement boards 24 hours later which was a great response. However, it had me wondering why I had waited a week each time for the two first deliveries. It was a good thing they had sent two as one was damaged and I left it on the truck. I don't have anywhere to store an extra board this size and weight.

Took a couple of hours to put the stuff up with the spray adhesive and acoustic sealant which is probably the easiest direct to wall solution you'll find anywhere. Be aware that the panels are heavy to lift to reach the tops of walls so make sure you've got something figured out for that. We laid them flat on a workbench, sprayed on the adhesive and then pivoted them into higher positions.

The product is good, the service is abysmal. Hopefully they'll sort out the latter.

Order came reasonably quick however the…

Order came reasonably quick however the bottom board on the pallet was wet through and badly damaged on the face and consequently when the delivery driver and myself lifted it the board snapped in two.

Despite sending photos of the board noise stop systems would only offer to reimburse me with half the cost and said it was myself and the driver who had snapped the board and not their fault despite it being obviously loaded on to a sodden pallet.

The customer would not pay me for the board so I was left out of pocket by a considerable sum. However must say the products I received did perform very well in use, but customer services were very poor.

I’m afraid that after this episode another customer of mine did put in a order for a very large amount of goods and guess who did not get a follow up order!!

Delivered quickly great product

Ordered some soundproofing for the walls in my house from Noisestop. The products were delivered on a couple of days. They have stopped the sound from my neighbours TV. Would have no problem recommending this company.

I have used NoiseStop a couple of times…

I have used NoiseStop a couple of times now, once for a larger purchase when soundproofing a couple of flats we renovated. Second time for a smaller online purchase both time they were knowledgable and great to deal with. I would recommend them for all your soundproofing needs.

Buy elsewhere

We live in a sub divided house. Spent a fortune on the 22.5mm soundproofing boards supposed to stop 50dB of sound. Put this in the bedroom, along with a load of rock wool in the loft. Had the wall re-plastered and a carpet fitter put the carpet back down. It made ZERO difference. Thinking the noise was coming from downstairs and then up through the bedroom floor I bought a load more and again fitted them. The boards came and were falling apart. I managed to fit them all, despite the struggle. Again, it has made zero difference. We are at an absolute loss. We can't understand why, when we have attached these boards to a double brick wall we can hear every word being spoken by our neighbour. It makes no sense at all. We got a refund for the downstairs boards due to the state of them but in all honesty, this whole project has been an utter waste of tie, effort and money. I can only deduce the boards are sub-standard. It's literally like I have not done anything. I would have expected to still hear a bit but it's almost like its got louder. Both down and upstairs. The nightmare continues.

Firstly apologies that you received a product in a sub standard condition. We try to take every effort to ensure all the materials that are sent out are in good condition. In this instance we accept that the materials you received were not up to standard, therefore a refund was issued. We have spoken to the manufacturer that produces the laminates and they have assured us that this will not happen again. As we send thousand of soundproof panels per year it is unfortunate, but probably understandable that occasionally problems do occur.

The panels you bought have been developed over the last six years and supplied into hundreds of homes and businesses. The results are well proven over a long period of time, in fact they have often exceeded expectation. Sound levels will always vary from building to building taking into account construction, what areas of the building the sound is transferring, type of noise and installation.

We accept that the goods you received were not up to standard, which again we apologies for. unfortunately it may be a situation that because the goods were delivered faulty that this affected the performance and therefore in this case did not meet your expectations.

It is unfortunate that we have been unable to help you in the way we have helped our other customers.

Worked out fine for me!

First time I have left a review on Trustpilot but I have read reviews here and can't say that I shared the same devastating experience.
Order went in on a Wednesday night and received what I guess was an automated purchase confirmation. Thursday and Friday passed with nothing in the way of communication-started to worry and checked Trustpilot reviews (worrying was amplified).
Monday morning, called Noisestop Systems and spoke with staff member (possibly owner). Established that order was waiting on one part of the order, order should be with me on Wed/Thurs.
Rang on Thurs late afternoon and asked for update, same person at Noisestop Systems end said it could arrive late Thurs or Friday.
Order arrived Friday and was all correct and what looks to be good quality materials. The delivery company did not communicate anything until outside the house which for some people could be very problematic, I was luckily in the vicinity!
I have rated four stars as I really think they could improve on their communications and I believe a lot of their problems with customers is derived from the delivery side issues

Thanks for your review. As we use a third party carrier or our deliveries sometimes lines of communication are not always followed through. We have now up dated our delivery procedures to include contacting customers that place orders online within 24 hours to arrange a suitable delivery date.
