The people in main office totally messed up my order, by not responding /promised to call back on number of times -
After some time ...only one person managed to resolve all issues ,and then got delivery ,apology's...
Have bought products for many years now ,with good all round service from on site sales .
But unfortunately Office sales in need of bucking up

As always amazing product, I had a gate off them this time, and they never ever disappoint, I wound t go anywhere else for all my timber, fencing , and decking needs basically anything to do with wood they will have you covered

Firstly, the quality of the design and manufacturing of the fencing is outstanding.
We chose the hit and miss panels, which have already proven a good choice due to the strong winds we have here.
Even our installer said it was a pleasure to put the fence up because he enjoyed working with such lovely quality fencing.
Secondly, the overall service from Jacksons has been outstanding.
Their communication and assistance, especially from Zak, when working out exactly what we would need was brilliant, right down to the delivery driver. Everyone genuinely provides great customer service.
We are really pleased, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons fencing. Definitely worth the investment, thankyou.

I cannot fault the products you supply the quality is exceptional thoughtfully made beautifully finished however this was a very important job for me as the Landscape Gardener and I had requested a delivery date which was not met which caused major problems on the build had I been told to allow week for the items to arrive and not schedule the work in construction in till the following week that would’ve made everything far simpler but to be told something potentially would be arriving on a Monday or at the latest on the Tuesday and then not to receive it by the Friday was incredibly unsatisfactory a simple message saying allow a week for delivery would’ve been sufficient to relieve the stress that we had to go through best wishes, Sonia Moore The Garden girl

They worked with me to understand what exactly I needed for my pergola, the communication throughout was excellent, and we are very pleased with the wood that was delivered, especially since it has a 25 year guarantee. I already knew the quality of Jacksons' timber was excellent from a previous project, but I'd forgotten just how good their customer service is too.
Ramona was brilliant throughout, patiently answering all my questions and providing several different quotes and options for my landscaping project. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she was friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish.
Even the collection of my old pallet was extremely well organised, with real care and attention to detail.
A great experience all round, but particular thanks to Ramona for all her help and patience. Customer service as it should be!

Excellent customer service and product

Excellent quality good customer service

Why would I recommend to avoid buying the wheelie bin storage product? Let me count the ways:

1. The product had clearly been stored outside under plastic for some time resulting in having to wipe down every component for mould. Similarly the instruction/fixings bag had produced so much mould that some of the instructions were unreadable

2. The fixings holes may have been pre-drilled but appear to have been pre-drilled for an entirely different product. Almost none of them lined up with each other resulting in about 80% of the holes requiring drilling again

3. The metal structural components of the bin storage were defective. The fixing holes in the bottom bar were too small to accommodate the screws assigned to them and the right angle end pieces of the top bar were aligned neither with the latch plate nor each other, result in the need to install in at a twisted angle

4. Screws assigned to the door handles are too big to fit through the fixing holes meaning I cannot install them for the time being

There were other minor niggles but this gives you flavour of the problems
