My second new car from New Car Discount. Fantastic service, great prices, even better savings. Picked the car, colour and extras, paid deposit, wait 6ish weeks, the car was delivered to my door yesterday! Nothing was a bother for John Robertson, organised everything. Thank you NCD!

Offered a good price relative to my local dealer. Communication was prompt, courteous and helpful. There was frequent communication about progress of transaction. It all seemed too good to be true, so I chose to pick up in person and pay on the day (rather than delivery and pay day before). The guys at the pick up office were friendly and helpful. All went fine. Delighted.

Yesterday I took delivery of my third purchase from New Car Discount covering a nine year period. My first started in 2016 which was a Toyota Rav 4, second a 2021 new shape Hyundai Tuscon mild hybrid and now a Renault Arkana mild hybrid delivered 4th Feb 2025. On each occasion I have dealt with John Robertson.

On every car I have made substantial savings over dealer prices, the quality of service by John has been exemplary, very helpful, speedy timings on providing prices and good up to date information on dates and delivery once ordered ( if only main dealers were as competent ).

Had my reservations about using NCD as never realised there are car brokers available to purchase new cars at great prices. From start to finish, dealing with Nick, the process was easy. As with others I started the process of purchasing a new car through NCD with some trepidation, as the new car discount was extremely generous. Was it too good to be true? Certainly not. From choosing a car to delivery I dealt with John Robertson and I have to complement him for speed in replying to my questions and putting my mind at rest. Taking a leap of faith to pay the day before delivery I need not have worried. The car was delivered as agreed and I cant recommend NCD highly enough. It was my pleasure to deal with John and NCD.

I phoned up to ask about an almost new electric car at a very competitive price. As an elderly woman, I dread dealing with car salesmen, but Paul was helpful and not at all pushy. The car looked perfect for my needs, so I put a deposit on it. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered to my doorstep 100 miles away on the same day!! Paul gave me a fair price for the old banger I was replacing, and stayed long enough to show me all the new car's features, and to ensure that the home charger was working. Absolutely 5* friendly service.

Just taken delivery of a new Nissan Qashqai E-power. Nick was very responsive to all my queries and their price blew all the dealers and other online sites out of the water. Vehicle was delivered on time and with no fuss. Nick also gave a very fair PX price on our old vehicle. New Car Discount will now be my go to place to purchase a new vehicle. Order placed with a 4 month lead time and with some trepidation. At the beginning of last week John Robertson advised that the delivery had gone back to November. However, within a couple of hours John had sourced an exact vehicle from another dealer. We received an eta earlier this morning and a subsequent call from Paul the driver to confirm he would be with us within the hour. So today we have taken delivery of our new Kona Ultimate which more than meets our expectations. Throughout the process all our question and queries were answered promptly and efficiently and we would have no hesitation in recommending New Car Discount to any potential new car buyers.

10/10 customer service - Paul was exceptional at communicating, educating, and providing advise at every step of the process. There was never a day where he wasn’t keeping on top of things, or providing updates on any progression in our purchase. He even delivered the car straight to our doorstep. Amazing service, and I definitely know who to reach out to when we’re looking for our next vehicle!

I first started discussing a new car (Hyundai Tucson) with John Robertson of New Car Discount in mid-December 2023 with a view to delivery in April 2024. At first, I thought the level of discount being offered was too good to be true which made me a little suspicious. However, I did a lot of background research on the business including Companies House searches to look at the accounts and the directors and also the Financial Conduct Authority register. I also looked at the (very few) negative reviews on Trustpilot and was satisfied that none of them appeared to indicate that the business was not genuine and almost all were just minor admin issues. After all, it requires a lot of trust to be sending in excess of £35k to an online business without having seen concrete proof of the existence of the vehicle that is being purchased. However, at my request, I was sent a photo of the vehicle showing the registration number a few days before I had to transmit the funds. John Robertson was excellent in assisting with the whole process from the initial order through to post delivery. He dealt with all communication very promptly and gave clear and concise answers to any querise that I raised. Delivery by George was on time on the agreed day and he was helpful with the handover. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and I would certainly use New Car Discount again in the future.

So, who pays thousands of pounds for a car they’ve never seen to company on the internet! All worries allayed when it turned up as promised. Excellent communication from John who responded quickly to our e mails and we’re so happy with the car.

The team at NCD were very responsive to my emails and pro-active with phone calls when required. The van I bought was excellent value and delivered on time. I would definitely buy from them in future.
