I would definitely recommend buying a new car through broker4cars.co.uk. They provided the lowest price in the market coupled with excellent customer service and communication with me. Having never used a car broker before, I was a bit sceptical about dealing with them at first, but the service that Gary and his team gives is much better than almost all of the franchised car dealerships I have dealt with.

This was my first time buying a new car through Broker4Cars. I've used other brokers before, but this time the best saving was through Broker4Cars. I was offered a much better discount than buying through CarWow, but I was a little apprehensive about buying through a company I knew very little about. There were some good reviews so I made the decision to buy through GA Finance. I should not have worried and my new Kia Sportage was delivered to my door without any issues. I would definitely use again to buy a new car.

Thank you to Gary and the team at Broker4cars for sourcing my Kia Sportage Hybrid. This is the first time I have bought a new car this way but the process was stress free. I received a quote within 6 hours of my enquiry confirming the car would be a UK spec car and I would be the first registered keeper. I was advised that the estimated delivery date would be at the end of April. After paying a deposit and the arrangement fee Gary speedily replied to a couple of queries I had. Gary then advised the car was ready for delivery and a date was agreed for the car to be taxed and delivered on the 1st May. As promised the delivery driver phoned to advise he was an hour away and upon arrival the driver patiently talked me through the features on the car. I was advised that the V5 would be posted to me and this may take 10-11 weeks but arrived within 5 days.
I would definitely recommend and use Broker4cars again in the future.

Excellent communication from Gary & Broker4Cars Team. Fast and informative responses. The car (Kia EV3) was bought with a decent discount. Contract paperwork and payment methods via the Leasing company felt secure. There was a slight hiccup over delivery due to problems originating with Kia such that it arrived 2 weeks later. (hence the 4 stars not 5). However, an alternative kia was offered in the interim. My EV3 was delivered to home and the guy helpfully talked me through the essential controls for charging and driving. Would definitely use B4C again if the price was right.

Very easy transaction with broker4cars. Gary sourced a new car with the specific options wanted at fairly short notice to replace a lease car that was going back. Secured a great price and the car was delivered to my drive in just a couple of weeks. Would recommend.

This is my second new car that I have purchased from broker4cars. I have mainly been in contact with Dan and he was always very helpful and responded to my calls and emails promptly but all the team were excellent.

My emails and phone calls were dealt with professionally & Dan is such a great person to liaise with no matter what the issue. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next car from them. Great service and driveway delivery, all as planned. What more can I say, just so pleased.

This was my first time purchasing through Broker4Cars (GA Finance and Leasing) and, like many others, I was somewhat nervous about the process of buying through a broker. The significant discount made it a purchase route that was worth pursuing. I did the best research I could, including looking here at Trustpilot, where, at the time I was looking, there were relatively few reviews and they were rather mixed. I also phoned to talk through the process and learned that there were also many reviews at reviewcentre.

I mainly liaised with Dan via email and phone. He couldn't have been more helpful and was always happy to answer questions and give updates on the order progress. Within seven weeks of starting the process, my new car arrived (driven delivery) in perfect condition. The V5C arrived a week later with my name as first registered keeper with registration dated the day it was delivered.

Overall I'm very pleased with both the car and the purchase process and will use Broker4Cars again.
