Nothing was too much trouble and John was always available to answer any queries (even when I made the decision to change car spec after ordering)

I completely do not understand how anyone could give less than a five star review! Nick was brilliant. He got me the car I wanted, more quickly than anyone else could, and at a lower price than anyone else. The service was absolutely great. Never met the guy, did it all effortlessly online while I was in America, but almost feel like he is a friend as he did such a great job for me. Don't waste your time phoning around, just go to Nick, he provided a 6 star service! Thanks Nick!

As ever, especially when making a major purchase, I did a great deal of research. I compared dealer prices and other websites with discounted prices and New Car discount came out top. I did some background research on the company itself, including reviews and was as satisfied as one can be dealing with a new company.
The process of ordering it was straightforward, all done on-line without any pressure.
My account manager John was a great person to deal with, from the outset to the delivery.
It took Skoda nearly 13 months to produce the car and contact with John checking progress was always efficient and informative. Emails were usually answered within minutes.
The delivery process was well handled and I can say that the whole process has been a very positive experience.

I received my Hyundai Tuscon N Line yesterday, co-ordinated by Nick to be registered with the new "72" plate. I've saved almost £7000 on the list price for a factory ordered vehicle! Folk's there is no need to have any concerns with NCD the service is impeccable from order to delivery, I would have no hesitation recommending them to anybody.

This is the first time I've used this company for a new car. The service has been excellent from the start of the process all the way through. Forget any worries around buying on the internet New Car Discount delivered on every front I placed the order under a week ago and its now on my drive. The service from Nick in the office to Paul who delivered the car was 1st class we would highly recommend .

confirmed the make, model, colour etc and paid the deposit, Saving a lot of money, Was it a scam ?? Thinking its a lot of money to lose? BUT!!! No .....The car has arrived everything spot on, They keeped me informed all the way good or bad information about the delivery times etc. My contact Nick emailed me regularly to help the progress, This is a big company and is Part of the AUF Ltd with a lot of experience in Car & Credit..

Absolutely fantastic service. Kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the car purchase and explained the do's/don'ts of getting such a decent discount. I think like most people who buy a car of a virtual site I was a bit sceptical about using a website broker to buy a car. I cant do anything to reduce those fears really the research I did was check companies house to make sure they are part of AUF (their parent) look at their registered office (etc etc) pay on credit card for the deposit, and I'll sound like a fake review if I push that point any more but I got the car and it was cheap! The gulp moment is the day prior to receiving car when you have to pay the balance so they can pay for the car. I wouldn't hesitate next time but was waiting anxiously on the day!! . The car arrived faultless and even included a few freebies. The dealer I was going to use, will be servicing the car .. they questioned how I got my car so quick as the ones he ordered are yet to be delivered.. ( I did have to wait 3 months but in the world of cars at the moment this is quick).

There were some hiccups along the way but none of that was the brokers fault and they did their best to resolve at every turn and good levels of communication.. final result is me with a car much cheaper than I could have got else where.. and at the moment with 2nd hand car prices if I sold it I'd actually make money ... which is crazy.

Placed an order for Seat Terraco October 21. Website and confirmation was that I would be the first registered person on the log book, as Registration A process was for all SEATS!
7 months later I am told apparently SEAT have now put a new rule such that NCD would need to be the first and only registered keeper, keeping hold of the log book for 12 months and I would need to either accept this or walk away!
Due to my concerns over legality I decided to walk away. NCD did very quickly refund the deposit. I have my suspicions on the SEAT rule change!

All very good and honest. Was worried about paying before receiving vehicle, but nothing to worry about, turned up as promised. Biggest thing, amazing saving of £7,000 on list price - thank you Neil.

Very happy with my purchase, the ordering process was very simple, no hard sell at all, with everything communicated clearly via email by John Robertson. Car was delivered to door as arranged and handover was completed with part-ex removed after checking completed. It's a 10/10 from this happy customer.

I ordered a new Volvo XC60 in September 2021 for March 2022 delivery.
Over 5 months later New Car Discounts informed me
they were not going to supply the car I ordered.
I contacted Volvo UK who requested the dealers
order number, to enable them to track the order through their system.
New Car Discounts informed me they could not provide
the order number or the dealers details.
Over the 5 months since my order was placed the
price of the car has increased substantially with
limited availability, leaving me without the car and
potentially thousands of pounds out of pocket.
New Car Discounts prices may look attractive, however following my own experience I would not
recommend ordering a car from them.

I am 79 years old and have always purchased my cars privately or from dealers.It was a question of trust for them to buy the right car and to trust with my money before receiving the car.I chose this company from the trustpilot reviews as being one of the best. I dealt with John Robertson( Accounts Manager) who was professional and upfront throughout. He saved me £6750 on the purchase of my Nissan Qashqai. Would do it again

Have purchased 4 cars from New Car Discount since 1999. (All purchases highly satisfactory). Dealt with John Robinson mostly over this time. Put the latest car on order last April 2021 and as everyone knows COVID 19 has delayed the purchase delivery of all cars at present. John and his team has kept me informed on progress over the 8 months we have had to waited. John and his team persevered with lack of Chips and Seats availability. Delivery was completed successfully on 12 January via transporter. The car was all we hoped for with just 4 miles on the clock. Well done to all the team at New Car Discount.

I’ve never purchased a car in this way before and did have some trepidation at first. After a lot of due diligence I spoke to John Robertson and paid my deposit. That was back in May ready for a September delivery but then the semiconductor chip shortage occurred. I took delivery of my car today and I’m very pleased with it. Don’t tend to leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so for these chaps. John talked me through the whole process without ever making me feel like I wasn’t in control. When I had questions they were answered quickly and honestly. But, more importantly, John also answered the questions that I had overlooked.
