The best customer service i’ve ever received from Mavis & the team at Wimbledon. With a small budget and no added pressure, Mavis has been utterly amazing, discussing my ideas with me on the phone and spending a whole morning with me at the beautiful wimbledon store working through how we can improve my little house with some high quality neptune accessories. The team at wimbledon were so welcoming and I highly recommend using them from buying a candle to a kitchen!

I want to say a massive thank you to Christian and Bart who painted our kitchen. We had a few issues with the painting that was done before by others, Christian and Bart came in, spotted the problem straight away and fixed it with no stress. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We are so happy with our kitchen and the service they provided. Would highly recommend.

The team at this store, and Debbie in particular, really have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service this Christmas. I was looking for some Christmas decorations, that were sold out online but we’re available at the Wimbledon store, for an event between Xmas and New Year. Debbie was just so helpful & definitely went above my expectations of what a physical store can do in order to get these to me in time for my event.
The team have also been super helpful in helping me to purchase some other items in the post Christmas sale.
I’m looking forward to being able to go to the store in person & thanking them in person!

My first time of visiting Neptune and wow what a lovely shop. Everything so beautifully arranged it made you want to buy all. This visit I kept the purchases to Christmas, but I have already been online making note of other items that will be an asset to my decor.The staff, especially Charlotte were lovely, helpful and very friendly. My visit coincided with the cookery demo and tasting by Becky Macdonald which was fabulous.

We bought a beautiful faux Christmas tree - promptly delivered and exceptional quality!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Our requirements were very unique, refurbishing our old Neptune kitchen as well as adding new units too! Went above and beyond expectations designing and fitting our dream kitchen. We felt all our requirements were listened to and our kitchen is beautiful. Hugely impressed by the service received from Neptune Wimbledon. We've just had a fabulous utility/ boot room designed and installed and it's been an incredibly smooth process from beginning to end. Our designer Lucy is not only very talented but also incredibly patient, making countless changes to our designs as our needs evolved, and the end result is stunning. She really listened to and understood our brief making it not only a very practical space, but also beautiful and calming. The fitting/installation, led by Malcolm, was a very stress-free process and his attention to detail was incredible, ensuring that everything was completed to perfection... picking-up on things that I didn't even notice and ensuring they were rectified immediately (for example a laundry basket had a small imperfection and he ensured it was swapped out for a new one immediately). Gordon, the installation project manager came to site on a number of occasions and also picked-up on anything that he felt was not 110% perfect and ensured it was fixed. Having had experiences with other high-end kitchen companies, I can honestly say that Neptune has beaten them hands down on all fronts and the customer service has been second to none. A huge thank you to the team for such a wonderful and refreshing experience.

We had an excellent experience with Neptune Wimbledon designing and installing our kitchen. From our initial consultation through to realisation, Lucy was there every step of the way to keep things on track. She was able to take our long list of wishes and conjure up a fantastic design. She went above and beyond our expectations and has such good taste and ideas it made the whole process a pleasure and we really didn't need to change anything she suggested. Malcolm and Dan the kitchen fitters were absolutely marvellous too. We would definitely recommend Neptune Wimbledon.
