Neptune - Chiswick Recensioni 

I went all the way to the Chiswick store from Edgware because I wanted to see the coat rack before buying it but unfortunately it was not on display. However I ordered it in store and the staff were very helpful. It arrived very fast. I am very happy with my purchase. I know it is not cheap but knowing myself I’ll probably have it for another 30 years so, might as well buy something I really like !

We bought their Suffolk dining room table and matching sideboard. The process to order and take delivery was quick and easy. Staff were also knowledgeable and helpful.

However issues arose a few months later: the durability of their furniture is questionable - the sideboard’s paint isn’t high quality and easily takes on dents and nicks at the lightest of touch (think of a piece of jewellery like a watch or bracelet brushing against it). This makes it, in reality, not a useable piece of furniture - fine to look at but not practical to use. Also all the paint in the corners has cracked too which is unsightly.

Our experience with their dining table is similar, we used the blue solution in their isoguard care kit to spot clean the table but it’s created a yellow patch on it! The irony is that we have been extremely strict in not using any other chemicals and only a damp cloth. We thought their own brand care kit would be fine - but we’re wrong.

Their aftercare is pretty non existent which is especially frustrating given how great their presales were. We just get fobbed off on email to basically try and fix these issues ourselves (i.e “try sanding and repainting”). This is unacceptable given the furniture is not even a year old.

We were sold on the dream that we were buying heirloom quality furniture but their premium prices certainly do not correlate to premium quality.

The team at Neptune were fantastic and we are thrilled with our new utility room. Aneeta did an amazing job designing it given what a small space it was, and Greg and Adrian were great with the project managing and installing too.

We fell in love with the Neptune products and the staff in the Chiswick branch were fantastic. In particular Eva, our kitchen designer and Greg, our technician who were overseeing the installation from start to finish. Both of them extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The measuring was precise and their recommendations throughout very useful. Overall it was a smooth installation and we are grateful to have them working for us. Money well spent. Thank you very much.

The customer service at the Chiswick branch is outstanding. It would be true to say that however I have used Neptune, other branch or online, the service has been first class. Excellent customer service combined with high quality products are very important to me.

I love everything about Neptune, great products, good quality and very stylish. Every time I drive passed I have to park up and go in. The staff are very welcoming and I love walking out with a purchase and a Neptune bag.

I visited your shop at Chiswick yesterday and what an absolutely stunning shop. So many lovely items all beautifully presented creating a very homely environment for viewing. It was great just wandering through the various rooms, the outside area being an added bonus. So many lovely things on show, and I did buy several items of which I am very pleased. I no doubt will be back for more, possibly accomoanied by my daughters' who have their own homes to decorate.
My visit coincided with a cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson, such a lovely person and a very enjoyable session. The tasting after wasn't too bad either 😋.
The staff were fantastic, very attentive,friendly, kind and helpful especially Charlotte Hunter I believe the manageress. Thank you for a lovely visit I could have stayed all day

I had time to wander round the store and then spoke to a very helpful assistant who took a lot of trouble helping me.

We've had our bedroom designed by Eva last year and I love everything about it! Subsequently she has helped us update our living room and study. I love her sense of style, colour schemes and fresh ideas. Eva has spent time understanding our needs and how we use the rooms and tested lots of different ideas with us. She is amazing at incorporating existing pieces and suggesting moving pieces around to make the space more functional. Her designs have transformed our home into a peaceful, beautiful and more grown up space. Thank you!

Excellent piece of furniture and beautifully finished. Delivery was seamless and delivery team were great. Received a bonus £50 voucher as a thank you from Neptune which encouraged me to buy a lamp to add as a finishing touch. Lovely company to deal with.
