Excellent service again at Bury St Edmunds Neptune

Sarah and Angie helped us to select a Christmas garland and a picture for our bedroom.

Their knowledge of Neptune products is nothing short of magnificent. They are professional, friendly and eager to go that extra mile so that you have an excellent customer experience.

We have been customers at Neptune Bury St Edmunds store for nearly ten years and are regularly served by Sarah and Angie. Who never fail to impress us.

I was invited down for the weekend to sell my chopping boards at bury st Edmund’s Neptunes and I did really well and had a lot of great help from the staff 😀

Bury St Edmunds ‘Neptune’ is always such a pleasant store. From entering through the door with a friendly but professional welcome to the staff on all floors who are more than happy to help with small or large enquiries dealt with equally. I visited today for something specific which had potentially sold out but the sales people (Siobhan, Sarah and Abbi) kindly volunteered to see if one was on display - with success. Such a pleasure to find such good service. High quality products and furniture unmatched.

We visited the Bury St Edmunds store this morning. The staff in the shop are so welcoming. We especially want to say a big thank you to Maddi. She was so friendly, helpful and recommended to my daughter and I, that we spend a bit extra to qualify for one of the current offers. Brilliant service. The shopping experience was so enjoyable. Well done to all the team!

Wonderful from start to finish. Such helpful, enthusiastic staff in the lovely Bury St Edmund’s store, and polite, professional delivery men, who even removed their shoes before entering the house. Fabulous service.

I've not been in a position to purchase from Neptune before, but after seeing the beautiful and substantial linen blinds in both the Bath and the Bury St Edmunds Neptunes, I felt that the investment would yield high dividends, which it did, today!
From the beginning, Lucy and her colleagues have assisted me above and beyond - even when my choice of fabric was being discontinued!
The company who makes up the blinds also sent the very professional and courteous measurer Liam, who was also the fitter, and travelled for several hours for the fitting appointment.
Neptune might just become an addiction 😊

I bought the 100cm round Buckingham mirror. This was excellent quality and packaging was appropriate for the item with wood and polystyrene inside the box. Delivery was late by a day but this was not Neptune and tng the courier was very pleasant and carried the parcel onto the house for me.

Another visit to my husbands favourite store! And yet again another purchase the final part of our kitchen we purchase the lovely Moreton table. We were greatly helped by Lucy who we have dealt with on many occasions. Her knowledge of interiors has helped us curate our home and we are very grateful. We have a few more projects and will be sure to seek the help of Lucy for these in the near future. We cannot forget to mention of the other ladies in store Sarah, Liz and Ang they are all very patient, especially with my husband !!! Thank you all once again!

We have recently purchased several items of furniture and accessories from Neptune in Bury St Edmunds and would like to thank Beulah, Siobhan, Liz , Angie and Sarah for their help and professional service throughout our Neptune journey.
Their advice and product knowledge have helped us make the right decisions with our purchases.

We purchased two chairs from Neptune. The communications from Neptune regarding the delivery were excellent . The delivery itself was on time and the two guys who delivered the chairs were very helpful and polite.

We would be very happy to purchase from Neptune again.

My partner and I popped into Neptune in Bury St Edmunds and discussed some colour options with paints and the availability of stock if they could be purchased in France for our house, the sales assistant was amazing, her customer service skills were above and beyond, rarely seen these days .we will definitely be purchasing with Neptune after the service from the sales assistant with the long red hair,sadly I didn't get her name.

We knew Neptune was the place to go for high quality furniture and fantastic customer service. Years ago we bought a beautiful hutch, which easily survived a trip back to America, and this time we’ve purchased the four-poster bed. Delivery and set up done by Dave and Nev was flawless and professional.

Had our unused study converted into a boot room/additional storage room.
From design by Lucy and Steve the carpenter the finished product is exactly as we had hoped. Steve’s work and attention to detail is faultless and we would and have recommend.

Dave and Nev were lovely guys. They delivered with care and were really helpful. Lovely guys. They delivered 2 chairs and a table. My husband collected a lamp and a chair from the Bury St Edmund’s store today too. All very helpful.
