The whole experience was enjoyable and helpful. As always the assistants were friendly and helpful. The shop itself we love because of all the lovely things of high quality. It supports you much more perfectly to see and feel what things would be like in your home, which you cannot do on the internet.

Excellent service from discussions in store (Bury St Edmunds) with Lucy through to order and delivery today by Andre and Liam. Lucy took the time to run through the options and helped us to choose the right sofa which goes perfectly in the room we intended. Andre and Liam kept us informed about the time of delivery and were very friendly and efficient, managing to get the sofa in without any difficulty.

Bury St Edmunds showroom is well worth a visit.
I ordered quite a few pieces of furniture and Sarah was brilliant with giving me advice and very patient when I changed my mind on more than one occasion!!
We got there in the end and qualified for the £500 offer, which I’m looking forward to spending.

We had our Neptune dining table and chairs delivered, unpacked and assembled by Shane and Joe, and they did a fantastic job. They were cheerful, friendly and professional throughout, taking great care with everything and leaving everything set up perfectly.

My husband and I went to the Bury St Edmunds store to purchase a dining table & chairs. Sarah has always given us good advice and is super knowledgeable. Once again she helped us choose the chairs to go with the table. We never feel rushed and we are always happy with our purchases. We love visiting the Bury store as all the staff are friendly and helpful.

The Bury St Edmund’s branch of Neptune is lovely , from the welcoming staff to the relaxing atmosphere & their knowledge is brilliant . I have been served by Lucy & Sarah & spoken to several others , But it wouldn’t matter who , they look after you so well .

I recently purchased an Aldwych Console Table from Neptune, and although I was initially disappointed to discover that the table had been reduced in price shortly after my purchase, the way Neptune handled my enquiry completely exceeded my expectations.

Jamie contacted me promptly and dealt with the situation with genuine professionalism, understanding and kindness. The price difference was refunded without any fuss, demonstrating a level of customer service that is increasingly rare.

The Aldwych Console Table is beautiful, and Neptune’s willingness to honour their price match policy has reinforced why they have such an excellent reputation. Rather than leaving me feeling disappointed, they turned the experience into a very positive one.

We've had a couple of deliveries from Neptune in the last couple of weeks. The process has been first rate throughout. Sales, customer service and delivery team has been polite, efficient and we have been confident throughout.
