I was researching some products and found this company and try to find the location of the company and this is the address that does not exist on google map.

Any money that you spend here hoping to buy real natural materials will be flushed down the toilet.

I bought indian sandalwood and narcissus essential oils. I opened the bottle and almost VOMIT, it was disgusting!! I've been working with essential oils for over 15 years, and that smell was total FAKE! According to their website, I got the impression that the oils should be shipped from Europe. I then got suspicious when I saw the shipping came from New Delhi, India, but thought it could be a logical explanation to it because of the indian sandalwood. I began doing some research and found out this company is registered in India, New Delhi with another name - Ethereal Ingredients - STAY AWAY! At first, I believed this company was serious because of the great design of the website, good english writing and documentation of the oils. After I placed my order, I found out that the documentation of the oils where FAKE - Do not fall for it!! I can't believe how this website is still online. I contacted Paypal and they say the company is under INVESTIGATION. I got 900 NOK back from Paypal, but that is not the whole cost. I lost hundreds of NOK in custom fees. These essential oils are fake and probably NOT SAFE - DON'T TRY IT ON YOUR SKIN - TOSS IT!!

Fake Argan oil they claim is from Marokko and the same with Prickly Pear Fig Oil- smells of new grass and I am born in Morocco - and do import many of these oils. So I did check 2 x 1 kg from NIB, which gives me the feeling that all the essential oils are also fake. What you all should do - is contact Paypal and tell them the story, and show them the response here and other places on the Internet. They also have no company details on webpage - so what we can do is to stop them from having a payment gateway.

All of the products I received were synthetic fragrance oils and not genuine essential oils. This company is a scam. Their website claims they have a headquarters in New York, but items shipped from India. Currently pursuing a fraud claim through my card provider.

Customer service never replied back until I cancelled a purchase. I became suspicious about this company when they never replied back to a simple inquiry about their shipping costs. I thought they had a New York city office (as advertised on their website) but the Fed Ex fees were always high. Later discovered that shipments seem to only leave India. I kept comparing reviews that I saw on here along with other sites, and there were some negative reviews mixed with tons of "always happy" reviews. I started an order, a Paypal invoice was created but didn't complete the order...there was just a strange feeling about them. All of a sudden they replied to my original email that was then over 7 months old, asking why I didn't complete the order and that the Paypal invoice was still waiting. Really? They actually dug up an old email to reply back with because they didn't want to lose a $100 sale? What happened to their fabulous customer service the first time? It's about time Trust Pilot caught on to their bad reputation and dishonesty. Shame on this company...why can't they simply be fair, honest and transparent? They need to respond back to the negative reviews because they really look horrible.

This was my second purchase from NIB. I didn't receive it. It's stuck in Delhi "Fedex Land saying "label created". I can't reach them in any way. I get a standard email saying someone will get back to me. They never do. I tried whatsapp and online chat with 0 response. I lost 500.00 but feel bad for the people out there who lost a lot more.

Adultered oil with synthetical molecules.
I've purchased Tsuga Oil from it's website and after analysis, Boisambrene Forte, Polysantol and Camphor Ketone were found on it's composition.
Absolutely fake information when they say 100% natural and distilled oil.

These ingredients are fake and what they say is fabricated and their documents are not real. I was duped and have lost almost $5000 in oils and essential oils I cannot use for fear of harming someone because I don’t know what they have put in these oils. We have sent some of them to be tested in a certified lab and they aren’t real. Devastated …..

Nature in Bottle is based and ships from New Delhi, India, it is not an American company. I ordered three products, none were usable. All three were over-the-top unnaturally scented and had to be tossed out. I was very hasty in my decision to buy product from NIB, for my small self care aromatherapy business, complete waste of money. Also, my bank card associated with the purchase was hacked shortly thereafter. Thankfully, all three transaction attempts were blocked by my bank. Beware!!

FAKE FAKE FAKE DO NOT TRUST THEM. Some sites will give positive reviews but notice the tone and words used these review are not even real. Tamanu oil was CRAP. FAKE STAY AWAY. Im a small business owner making skin care products and at one point they claimed to be organic and I thought had a certified organic symbol but the products DID NOT come certified.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is registered in India and has no morals. The fake reviews from the owners of this company needs to stop! I was tricked by the nice design of the website and the fake documentation. Don't fall for it! I don't know how this website is still online... All of the essential oils and "absolutes" are fake, adulterated and NOT SAFE! Don't let these oils anywhere near someones skin. I have lost thousands of dollars ordering from this website as I am inexperienced. But after comparing the products with oils from reputable companies, I am honestly left in disgust as I realize I will never get my hard earned money back!

I wish i had checked this company'credentials before buying.
Packaging was faultless but a pure waste as the contents are crap.
Not essential oils, not natural, undertones of synthetics in a goopy vegetable oil .
I was able to compare them to the real thing and Nature in bottle products are a scam.
Why is Paypal still transfering money for them?

So far i only can give great reviews to this company.
My orders always came trough. I don't think it's a fake company. Well, everyone has it own experience, but for me those are real organics oils. this is my 3rd time ordering to them, and i had no issues whatsoever. Delivery time is as expected for Europeans countries within 3 working days coming from India which is extraordinary to me lol .
It's my 1rst time reading so much negatives reviews on them.
I'll suggest to let the buyers decide by himself without being overwhelmed by the reviews, because some negatives one might be FAKE as well.

Received my package and I am excited to share this review. After their negative reviews I was a bit resistant to place this order but thought to give it a try as other companies were not offering these oils at such competitive prices. I must say oils are really wonderful. Even better than I expected! I ordered Indian Sandalwood Essential Oil , Vetiver Oil and Amyris Oil. They provide extensive information on every oil on their website. From order to delivery takes only a few days. Couldn’t offer a higher recommendation!

I ordered a huge essential oils and natural oils for my soap making company. I spend almost $1000, sadly all the oils are fake, I have tested all the essential oils in soap making and every single oils causes acceleration and ricing within 1 second, so badly that it ruined 100 lbs of soap I had to throw away. No other Essential lavender oil ever reacted like that. I contacted the company wanting to return and talk to them no respond. I called them during their time no respond. I have been trying to contact them however no respond. I am out of option. Do not order from big mistake. horrible oils. All fake.

I was a bit worried before making a purchase and before submitting an order, i literally searched google for the nature in bottle review, from there i got here. Here the reviews were mixed up, but the majority was the good reviews so i thought to give it a try. I placed an order of rosemary essential oil on 5 oct 2022 from saudi arabia and i literally received it today, 11 oct which i think is fast enough and normal for international shipments. The oil smell is original and to be super doubt free, i made the paper test and it passed the paper test, there were no remain marks of the droplet on the paper. In short, the website is super safe and the products are original. I loved it and gonna order again

Horrible fake oils, fake company. Spent $300 and had to literally throw all the oils away as they were so bad I couldn't even have them anywhere near me. NO response when I tried to contact them. What can we do to take this "company" down? They should all be thrown in jail. Dangerous stuff.

They were fantastic! The shipping was very fast, it was all protected and encased for my convenience, and their prices are very good. The shipping cost was a bit high but the shipping speed compensated that.
