Please do not order from them. Their products ships from India not the USA location. They don’t even answer the phone in the USA. I purchase 4 carrier oils from Nature In A bottle. I was so excited due to the prices and reviews on their website. One of the products I ordered was Xeminia oil. This oil is thick like castor oil and sticky like honey. When I received my oils from their company it was not the same consistency as my Xeminia oils from other vendors. Since they have diluted the Xeminia oil. I decided to send all of the oils back to them since I no longer trust their products as being genuine. When I order my Xeminia oil from 3Cayg.com it was the right thickness and consistency. As I mentioned earlier my products were shipped from India. Now they want me to return the product to India knowing that it will cost too much. Paypal is not helping at all. Lesson I learned was to never order from a company out of country to avoid high shipping cost if you have to send it back.

I bought many of their oils and hydrosols. After reading some alarming reviews I decided to have them tested by a lab. The results came back as not being pure or what they claimed. Suddenly their customer service stopped responding to me. I lost hundreds of dollars and had to dump brand new bottles of their products as my business is built on organic pure ingredients. Do NOT trust this company.

I am an American who just received their product. I was pretty nervous since the tracking number I received didn't work and all the negative reviews I'd seen after I placed my order. Today my package arrived, and it was exceptionally well packaged. The oils are high quality and REAL! I believe all these negative reviews are from competitive companies selling oils at a higher price! If you order from this company, you will receive high-quality, authentic oils at a fantastic cost!

I am located in Russia and have been purchasing their products since past few years for my aromatherapy business. They have suddenly stopped offering their products to Russia last month. I am not sure what i should do now as my business has come to a complete standstill.

All the absolutes and essential oils are fake as are all the 5 star reviews (written by the owners of Nature in Bottle). I ordered tuberose absolute oil to investigate and it smelled like a synthetic fragrance oil. Plus the scent gave me a headache. I’ve been working with tuberose for years and it never once gave me a headache. The price was too good to be true. There is no way you can purchase tuberose at less than $1k for 3oz size.

I have ordered there about 6 times. every order was perfect and very good quality. The Plant Oils and fatty Oils are tested from a lot of Cosmetic specialists i know personally. (i send it to them). all perfect

This company is a scam. They steal pictures from other legitimate site like "Mountain Rose Herbs" but sell junk in a bottle. I once ordered, what I thought was vanilla absolute oil and I got some sort of brown, dried up, cakey substance in a metal bottle. Who does that? I called them and asked them about it and got the run around then they stopped taking calls. If you care about the your health and the health of your customers then stay away from them. Use "Mountain Rose Herbs", "Organic Creations", "Now" products, "Bramble Berry", "Make Your Own Buzz", "Edens Garden", Voyageur Soap and Candle" products or anywhere else but Natureinbottle. This company is toxic with no scruples and the fake reviews from the company owners needs to stop.

This is a fake website , they claim free return but i am chasing them for 3 months in order to return back some fake essential oils but they never get back to me. I have sent emails, called them , whtasapped them , they see all my messages but dont respond at all. I dont know how to return my money back !

Nice Website, thought they were in NY, but it appears from shipping they are in India. Shipping was very expensive. I ordered an absolute and I dont believe it is real, but a fragrance oil, it smells nothing like the pure oils I have used for years.

There is no customer service, they stopped responding through email when I asked for organic certification.

I ordered "atlas cedarwood" and "douglas fir" essential oil from them. The "cedarwood" smells like paint thinner and the "douglas fir" smells like a vaguely piney smelling chemical concoction. I've worked with these essential oils for years and I know the scent of the real stuff. Their prices are too good to be true because they are. Do NOT order from these scammers.

They send their fake oils from INDIA and then make you pay custom fees.

I didn't read the reviews prior to ordering from them. When I did, I was worried that I was going to not be satisfied with the product. First, you can't compare the price they have. I understand that they're located in India and exotic oils from Asia is easily sourced there. Which is a good thing if that's what you're looking for, I certainly was. Second, I was worried about the Jasmine Sambac Absolute because I read in one review that it doesn't smell like Jasmine and it's too much aroma. Well, I grew up in Asia where Jasmine Sambac (the flower) is sold everywhere and it smells exactly how it is. I have another order coming my way, I can't wait to use it. So far, I am loving their service, their products, and how easy their site is to navigate.

These essential oils are absolutely adultered and are horrible. They all smell like perfume and are terrible!!!

I received my order without any issues and within the time frame given. I am very satisfied with the products and the cost and I will continue to purchase from NIB in the future as well.

I’ve recently started my own small cosmetics company and after trials with several different brands across the globe I have found NIB to have the best quality carrier oils, and essential oils for the price point.

This company is terrible. Some pump and sell from some rich dude on the 7th or 8th floor on 77 water street in New York. Website looks good, great job.
We were planning on using these to create skincare mostly for use on the face, after smelling the oils, and comparing to REAL QUALITY PRODUCTS, could tell these were fake.

After you receive your order don't bother trying to contact them, unless you are ready to buy another worthless bottle of oil, they won't discuss returns, only new sales.

Unless you have unlimited funds and/or you are trying to sell synthetic oils that shouldn't be put on human skin go elsewhere and pay more for quality.

Definitely frustrated that we fell for this and couldn't ship these back to India for anything less than the price we paid for them $500+

They refunded us for the initial shipping cost because they were way late on delivery and then proceeded to ignore further emails asking to return for full refund. We were asking for a refund because we had no Idea these were coming from India, and wanted US shipping to get product more quickly.

Products are shipped from an India company. And all company address is fake too. They are not essential oil at all. I sent many email to request the return, but no response at all. I have no way to get my money back.

SCAM ALERT! Company is not selling oils as described on their website. The oils sent do not meet any of the odour profiles of the oils I bought and in fact, most of these oils smell chemically derived. I thought I was purchasing from the U.S. but when they arrived after some issues I discovered they came from Delhi in India. In order to get my money back I have to ship back to India at the expense of $900.00 Canadian dollars. I am in shock to say the least, as honestly, I did not purchase a ton. This is insane! PayPal would not resolve my issue and thought it was ok for me to pay $900.00 cdn to ship back. It is my opinion this company is selling very low quality and chemical derived oils but saying they are organic etc. Beware!

I'm going to reach out to Trust Pilot and see if they can take a look at this listing. The fake reviews for this brand have to stop. It's dangerous.

Please save yourself the headache and heartache of ordering from this company. Read all of the 1 star reviews.. I didn't. Sigh. I ordered because I saw the positive reviews.

These glowing reviews are FAKE!!!! I ordered Sea Fennel and what I received smelled like paint thinner. I reached out to them to return it and I've heard nothing back from them.

Naturally, I reported them to PayPal and won my dispute. That shows you how fake this company is because PayPal probably has so many open claims against them.

Don't let the beautiful website fool you. Don't let the nice descriptions they stole from Mountain Rose Herbs (use them instead) fool you. And please, please, PLEASE don't use these oils on your face. I hope there is someway that website is flagged or taken offline for harmful activities. Selling oils that people use on their bodies rife with synthetic ingredients is not only false advertising, it's incredibly dangerous.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL SEND FAKE OILS AND POCKET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

They will not reply to your email requesting a refund. Disregard the fake glowing reviews.
