Driving with Bangalie
Bangalie was excellent and instructing and advising where I need improvements. Was able to generally drive but Bangalie helped me polish up on my awareness and manoeuvres to pass the test. Passed first time with 1 minor all down to Bangalie’s advice.

This company employs scamming driving…
This company employs scamming driving instructors who will disappear half way through course won’t turn up for test day and will not help you when you’re a victim. Avoid at all costs.
Edit in reply. Unfortunately after reading other reviews it seems you have given this person work after doing this to myself and other. You continued his employment. I paid yourselves and didn’t receive the service and received no refund.

We work alongside more than 2000 Instructors, and this is very much an isolated event, for which we have done all we can to assist you. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must be.
As discussed, we have already provided you with the instructor’s details so you can take the matter further regarding the lessons that are owed to you. While instructors operate independently, we have done our best to assist and point you in the right direction so you can pursue this directly.
We work alongside more than 2,000 instructors across the UK, and situations like this are extremely rare. This appears to be an isolated incident and certainly not representative of the service most of our pupils receive.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are also happy to help you book another driving test for you. Please feel free to contact our support team if you would like us to arrange this.
We genuinely want to help where we can and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

John did a great job
John did a great job in trying to bring me up to scratch with UK driving standards within the 7.5 hours of instruction that I had booked prior to my test. He gave me clear instructions and explanations during the training sessions. He took me through several of the exam routes during training.
Unfortunately, time was limited. He did his best.

My experience was not as i expected, the instructor i was allocated (Shazia) was very good no doubt about that , the company however, not that great ,appeared to show no interest in what was communicated to them .so the rating is to reflect this.

Dont waste your time or money
Pass your test in weeks is the advert, I waited 5 months for a test and their words where we will keep looking for an earlier test, they gave me an instructor who drained every ounce of confidence from me when I raised my concerns with them it fell on deaf ears they never found a replacement and I wasted nearly 2k on these con artists, save your money and go elsewhere

We would never refuse to find a new ADI for a pupil who is having issues with their instructor. That is not true, and we always take those concerns seriously. In your case, we are aware that the instructor carried out a mock test and had to take control of the steering wheel due to risk assessment and your own safety. We have already spoken with you about this, and we agreed to refund the remaining part of your course.
All of our instructors are qualified professionals, and they would not be teaching if they were not able to do so safely and competently.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we have acted on the concerns raised and resolved the matter with you.

My instructor was very good but this was not an intensive service it was purely a booking service. Took 6 months not weeks. They are as quick as how driver agency and standards allows them to be. The instructor will provide the service you require in a short space of time when the test is booked but you are not guaranteed a quick booking

Regarding the timing, test dates at London test centres are currently extremely busy and unfortunately an earlier date was not available despite our efforts to find one for you. We always do our best to secure the earliest possible appointment, but availability ultimately depends on what the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency releases.
We understand your frustration and we would like to offer you a refund of the checker fee. We will arrange this for you.

Knowledgeable and friendly driving instructor
Chris was a great driving instructor, made me feel very comfortable very quickly. He had very good knowledge of my test area and helped me practice challenging routes. By the time I got to my driving test I was feeling confident, which helped me pass first time. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.
