From Creating a well and also completing my childs Aqiqah which was a very easy orocess the team provided details and actioned this so quickly! Thank you team for your help, professionalism I cannot recommend this charity organisation enough.

The money donated goes in the right way, though their communication, at times is slow. I have always been shared pics of the wells I have donated, although 1 well took almost a year. This being in an area where infrastructure and communication was minimal. Jazak Allah.

Our time frame for Tube Wells to be completed is up to 9 months, larger wells can take up to 12 months.

I was very touched to see my donation to the well followed up with a picture. Really made my day to have been able to help in the smallest way possible. I have supported Muslim hands for many years and will in shah allah continue to do so. They do what they say.

Child Aqiqah went well 5*
I paid for the children aqiah and after some days I got the feedback and image of aqiqah being made in MALI
I'm grateful for this feedback and this is the first time I got any type of feedback from various muslim organizations that I had donated to. Will continue to donate here

Great experience dealing with this charity
Great experience dealing with this charity for over 3 years now.
Very quick to respond to emails and when I have had questions or needed clarification my point of contact, a brother called waseem has been brilliant.
May Allah accept our donations and the efforts of those working behind the scenes. Charity work isn’t easy and this is a very strong operation.

Consistently good service across a decade
Been using Muslim Hands for various causes for the best part of a decade and have always been happy with the service and feedback. I receive regular reports for the causes, especially with orphan sponsorships.
The team is very friendly and responsive. I only have good things to say, honestly. Surprisingly, despite many years, I can’t recall anything I didn’t like—keep up the good work!

I volunteered with The Open Kitchen and it was a truly wholesome experience. They work super hard and treat everyone with fairness and warmth.
They knew I came from very far and give me food to takeaway which was really sweet. Lots of good people working relentlessly on the ground!

I have purchased gifts through Muslim Charity Gifts on multiple occasions, both by post and via email, and I have always had a wonderful experience. The postal gifts arrived quickly, and the certificates were absolutely gorgeous.
It is such a meaningful and pleasant way to gift someone, and every recipient has loved it. The gifts feel thoughtful and unique, making them perfect for any occasion.
On one occasion, a recipient did not receive their email certificate, so I contacted the organisation by email. They responded almost immediately and resent the certificate, which was then successfully received. Their customer service and communication are truly fantastic.
I am so pleased with every experience I have had with Muslim Charity Gifts and am incredibly happy that I found them. I will definitely continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a meaningful gift.

Muslim Hands feedback
I have donated to various projects run by Muslim hands. I like the fact that they provide feedback reports, and photos of the completed project, which gives the donator confidence that their donations are being used as they intended.
I have not had many problems, but when I do have a problem that needs sorting out, I contact a lady by the name of Yasmin.
Yasmin is very knowledgeable about the projects run by Muslim Hands,and sorts out any problems quickly, because she knows who to contact within the organisation to get it sorted.
Well done Yasmin, keep up the good work.

I have called and emailed multiple…
I have called and emailed multiple times and have not received any response. I donated toward a well in February and was told I would receive updates, photos, and videos within four months. It has now been over four months, and I still have not received any updates or documentation.The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend donating until the organization. May Allah hold those responsible accountable if donors are not being treated honestly and fairly.

We have requested some additional information from you via Trustpilot so that we can investigate this matter thoroughly and assist you.
For your information, the standard build time for our well projects, as outlined on our website, is 6–9 months for a Tube Well and 9–12 months for a Dig-a-Well or Community Well. If your donation was made in February and it was for a Tube Well, the project would be expected to be completed by October at the latest. If it was for a Dig-a-Well or Community Well, completion would be expected by January 2027.
Our phone lines are staffed seven days a week, and our usual response time for email enquiries is within 48 working hours. We apologise if you have experienced a lack of communication. However, as we are currently unable to identify your donation from your review alone, we kindly ask that you provide the requested information via Trustpilot. This will allow us to investigate your concerns thoroughly and work towards resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
Once we receive your details, we will be able to confirm the type of well you sponsored, investigate the progress of your project, and provide you with an update.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you and hope to resolve your concerns as soon as possible.

I donated for a well in my parents' name, and the organization provided project update photos and a detailed report of the completed well. I also requested a video, and they kindly sent it to me. Keep away from this foundation- never to be trusted
We are absolutely furious with the service provided by this foundation regarding our Eid al-Adha Qurbani, and we strongly urge others to keep away from this organisation based on our experience.
Not only was the Qurbani meat not delivered as promised, but we received virtually no proactive communication or meaningful updates. We repeatedly had to chase the foundation for information, only to be given assurances that delivery would take place the following day—which never happened.
We were informed that the animal had been sacrificed on Wednesday, yet the meat was still not delivered. We were then told delivery would take place on Tuesday, nearly a week later. This raises extremely serious concerns about the quality and condition of the meat after such an unacceptable delay.
Eid al-Adha is a special and meaningful occasion for Muslim families, and this failure caused significant frustration, distress, and disappointment. The lack of communication, broken promises, and poor handling of the situation meant that we were unable to celebrate and enjoy Eid as we should have.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this foundation under any circumstances. We found its conduct deeply disappointing and believe it failed to demonstrate the responsibility, transparency, and reliability that donors and beneficiaries have every right to expect. We would strongly advise others to stay away and carefully consider alternative charities instead.

For the last year I have been requesting for videos of 2 water pumps that I donated and callbacks and still yet no callbacks and for this reason I will not use this company or contribute towards any donations. Really disappointed and I don’t think it’s worthy from my experience hugs sharing becaue I have doubts. Thank you

Unhelpful staff.
I have donated tens of thousands of pounds to Muslim Hands over the past few years. I recently needed help with a HMRC issue and sent them an email requesting assistance. I also phoned the office twice asking the person who answered to ask for someone appropriate to call me. It is now almost one month and no reply to my email or phone calls. As a result, I have decided to give my donations to another charity.

I recently contacted Muslim Hands regarding a donation and certificate request, and the team—especially Wasim—was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly, guided me step by step, and ensured that my request would be completed properly.
