Mulberry Bush Ltd Recensioni

An expensive toy I had purchased did not work. When I contacted the company, they implied I wasn’t using it correctly. They left me on hold 3 times to “consult a colleague” and insisted the toy be returned for “assessment”. To return the toy the company require many steps to be followed. In summary, a really poor experience. I will not use Mulberry bush again and will tell my many friends and family how bad the customer service was.

Amazing quality products and super quick delivery. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be shopping here again.

Usual good quality and prompt delivery of ordered goods.
Now all 3 grand daughters have personalised swimming gear. Armchair shopping for slightly immobile grandma, who finds the choice of well made presents for children good and in many cases quite different.Thanks.

Fair enough to request photo of defective product but that should have been enough in most cases to send a replacement.
Instead more into was asked for as well as return of difficult-to-package product.Much hassle for the recipient.
Since this was a gift and a small child was disappointed, I consider the response inadequate and inappropriate.
Won't buy from you again .

Lovely products ,excellent service very pleased with our purchase our granddaughter will love the farm and extras.Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Very quick delivery and excellent product. Many thanks!

Lovely product, quick dispatch. Very happy

Traditional dominoes with a nice weight and smooth finish making them lovely to handle.

Great service by phone when I could not get my online order to go through

Efficient from start to finish. Ordering online straightforward, delivery on time, ordered items look great but are presents so not opened yet.

This Company is prompt polite and helpful. I Ordered a beautiful dolly for my lovely little girl, And I am Sure that It's going too be perfect, Upon Arrival tomorrow. X. 👍😄😁😊🤗🍤

Excellent service. I ordered my toy, paid and received confirmation of my order all within minutes. The parcel arrived the next day. It was very well packaged too. Just a brilliant service from Mulberry Bush Ltd. Thank you very much

Purchased above kit for Christmas. After opening, told that the solar panel only works in "direct sunlight", they do not recommend incandescent or LED bulbs as power source, only halogen. Hence difficult to use in the winter. Motor is 1.5V, so can be powered by AA battery (battery holder not supplied), which works, but rather defeats the aim of the kit.
Clearer information, before purchase, would help.
The models are good, though complex for a 9 year old.

I love the products that are stocked on this site and really wanted to make some purchases, but at checkout their address drop downs are decades out of date, and don't show my county at all, so couldn't complete the purchases.

Ordered some lovely, unusual gifts for our 2 years old grandson. I was kept up to date with despatch details etc. the parcel was well packaged and I’m very happy with my purchases. I would recommend.

Quick delivery, great product :)

A superb range of quality toys available, and a personalisation service available too. I ordered a wooden toy for my granddaughter, and requested personalisation. My decision was a little 'last minute' before a planned trip, but Mulberry Bush beat all my expectations! I ordered on Tuesday afternoon, selected the faster delivery option but imagined the personalisation would still mean a wait of several days. The package arrived Thursday early afternoon. Brilliant, secure packaging, and a quick check of the item revealed a quality toy, and with great personalisation too. I would thoroughly recommend Mulberry Bush and will shop here again. Thank you to the M.B. team.

I ordered three towels with personalised names on them for next day delivery. Had never ordered from Mulberry Bush before and was a little wary - but it turns out I need not have worried. The towels were personalised and shipped the same day and arrived the next afternoon, which was SO much faster than any of the big brands and other retailers I'd been looking at. The products were also decent quality - lovely clear embroidery on the names and the towels were a good smoky grey colour. Just what I wanted, really pleased and would recommend again. Thank you so much!

I ordered personalised notepaper and gel pens for two children's birthday presents. The notepaper was lovely but the gel pens came in the worst, cheapest-looking packaging. The label on the front was awful and covered the front of the pens so you couldn't see they had the recipient's names on. I tried to remove the label and it left awful glue marks so I ended up having to take the pens out the packaging and wrapped them loose (not ideal!). While the pens themselves looked nice the packaging is important if they're going to be a gift, so I would only buy these if you're keeping them for yourself.

Package arrived on time. It was well packaged and contents were perfect when unwrapped. Ordering process was easy and email communication was prompt and clear.
