Excellent products, excellent service!
Needed to add to order, left e-mail message very late on Friday night, received response early Saturday morning, followed up with phone call again on Saturday. Wonderfully helpful member of staff - all sorted - order arrived within a couple of days. As always, really good quality - already anticipating response of the children for whom they are gifts! Thank you so much, Marianne

Mulberry Bush saved the day . I can’t thank you enough . I suddenly realised it was my Grandaughters birthday in 2 days time she lives in Cheshire and I did not have a present . Not only did Mulberry Bush come to the rescue, in that I ordered a beautiful rag doll , you embroidered Iris’ name on it but miracle upon miracle the doll arrived the following day on my Granddaughter’s birthday! So a huge thank you to everyone involved . I have been using Mulberry Bush for years and would highly recommend their amazing service . Thank you 👍😀😀😀

Perfect items, very well packaged & delivered quickly.

Mulberry Bush are great, they had just the right gyroscopes for presents. I have not opened them for that reason. But they are beautifully packaged and presented. I am sure that they will do just what it says on the tin! Thank you.

The goods came as advertised well packaged in good order. Very pleased with the lovely jewellery box for my grandaughters birthday. Good communication.

Absolutely beautiful ragdoll, Ella! Bought for my granddaughter's first Birthday. She looks exactly as in the photos and is so well made. I was worried the quality wouldn't be safe enough for a 1 year old who puts everything in her mouth, still but I needn't have worried. I can't wait to hand her over. I'm hoping she'll be a life-long friend. Great service and delivered in super-quick time! Thank you x

The den building kit is a great present and easy to set up. My 5 year old godson loved it and by the end of the day he'd added cushions and blankets inside with a doormat to wipe your feet and a brush to sweep up. The only downside was that the dog chewed the wooden mallet!

We received a personalised brush for my daughter’s christening, it had been well used and much-loved for almost a decade and was showing signs of wear. I sent it back and it was restored beautifully. Thank you!

Great service from start to finish. Ordered a personalised Ark for a one year old boy - which was a huge hit! A bright, colourful and well-made piece. Considering it was personalised, my order arrived earlier than expected and it was beautifully wrapped!

Amazing!

Quick delivery with regular updates during transit and order packaged with great care. The perfect NeeDoh for little hands, bonus that they are cats! Very happy kids. Thank you, will definitely shop here again :)

The items were well packaged and very good quality. Would order from Mulberry again.

Although my order was delayed by 24 hrs I had notification of the fact so was quite happy. Packaged well with recycled box, but not over done, so pleased with that too.
Will order from Mulberry Bush again no doubt.

Customer service is exceptional and I mean exceptional. This is my third order and I no longer need to search or worry regarding gifts for the young members of my family. So gratefull, thank-you!!
