MOT due
The car was due an MOT and usually I to have time off work to have it done, so to have a Saturday option I haven't had to use a day off which was a winner to me.

I made an appointment using your online…
I made an appointment using your online booking system. When I arrived 5 minutes before the allotted appointment time, I was told I would need to wait for 1-1and a half hours. What is the point of making an appointment if your depot doesn’t stick to the appointment time? Other than the that, the service I received was fine,

Superb customer service.
I just turned up on the day I had a flat tyre. They changed my flat tyre and checked the other three and all this took place in just over an hour. Superb service. Mr Harrison was very helpful and friendly.
