No hassle
No hassle. The recliner was at my hotel and set up when I arrived. It was very clean and in great shape. Leather was good as a rental because easier to clean.
Price was a little high for 2 days but I have to have a recliner for my disability. So I’m glad they were able to make it happen.

Don't waste your money or time
All very helpful before you order, but beware the courier they use just DUMPED the box outside the front door. I had to phone my sister to go & drag it in, something she struggled with and she is used to moving beer barrels, so pretty strong! They don't warn you of this & it's no use quoting a random weight when the customer has nothing to relate it to. It should be pretty obvious that a disabled person can't handle that kind of weight! Then setting it up once out of the box - nigh on impossible for someone to do on their own and again my strong, fit & well sister even struggled. When I took these matters up with the company they took weeks to reply & accepted no responsibility whatsoever. No discussion. Left me feeling like I was the stupid one with unrealistic expectations. When their courier came to collect the powerchair, we had to package it all up in its original box & be ready to hand it over to them. I couldn't get my sister to leave it outside because they said I was responsible for it until collection, and the courier wouldn't come in the house for it, so my sister & her husband wedged it in my hall creating a very narrow gap for me (the disabled person) to go sideways through when the courier came the next day as they couldn't be here. It was all an extremely stressful experience & my hope was killed off pretty much after the delivery debacle. In 2 weeks rental I managed 1 test run & to be honest I'd had it with the whole thing by then & was so depressed by how difficult the company had been.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Everything front start to finish was exceptional from the Customer Service Operative on the phone when enquiring about the hiring of the bed to the ordering of it, the operative was extremely helpful & informative, to the delivery of the bed, the delivery driver was prompt, put the bet together & explained fully how the bed worked l. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them, I was very impressed

We are sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the sling. As we are not medically trained, we are unable to give advice on how or for how long a sling should be used. We do try to make it clear in the product information that this is a disposable sling, and we would always recommend following the manufacturer’s or healthcare professional’s guidance.
