Recent visit to the Hexham store
I went into the Hexham shop where I was greeted by a pleasant young man. I was looking for a new waterproof jacket and inner fleece. A very knowledgeable female member of staff (whose name I didn’t catch) listened to my requirements and brought me some jackets to try on. She gave me her honest opinion which enabled me to get the most appropriate jacket - waterproof etc - as well as guidance as to how to wash it. I thought this was excellent customer service. Thank you!
