We currently operate 125 buses across 50 routes through Sussex, Surrey and Kent. We provide urban services in Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Redhill and Reigate. We operate the hugely popular 24-7 Fastway service. Fastway is a partnership that includes West Sussex County Council, Surrey County Council, Crawley Borough Council and Gatwick Airport. Fastway links Crawley to Horley, serving Gatwick Airport. Fastway uses dedicated lanes, guideways and traffic light priorities to improve reliability.

After losing my mobile on the 200 bus on Saturday evening @ 7 45 I thought I would never see it again
I tried ringing it several times to no avail, however on sunay morning Carol answered it and told me where to retrieve it. She also went further and told me where to park for free. A lovely bunch of people in the office.

Getting to know the busses

I have started to use Metrobus due to getting my disability card.
I have spent the last month getting to know how to get to my regular visits. I have been so impressed with the service that I have started to try routes further afield. Including Eastbourne, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells.
On the whole I have found the journeys easy to navigate. I have had to ask for help at times and the staff have always been polite, helpful and mostly well informed.
Some buses are extremely noisy and shaky and could probably do with being replaced but many are good.
I use a walker and have found it easy enough on the whole to get on and around there is one bus which has poles in the way making it too narrow for me to get through.
It is difficult to organise trips with my mother as her pass is an OAP one and can't use the bus until 9am from charlwood or 9.30am from Crawley. It means we miss a large chunk of the day and limits were we can go unless she pays. I do feel that if the bus is empty they could allow a little leeway. It would also be easier if all areas had the same start time. I understand they have to allow working people space but mum has worked her whole life so deserves a day out now and then.
I am intending to use the busses quite a bit on days out so there maybe updates later.

Excellent Customer Service

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support provided by David Brown, Team Leader in Customer Services.
Throughout the process of arranging our Keycard bus passes, David was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. His communication was clear and prompt, and he took the time to explain everything in a straightforward and friendly manner. The instructions regarding my daughter’s photo were easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
As a customer, it is always reassuring to receive such efficient and considerate service. David’s professionalism and commitment to helping customers are truly commendable and reflect very positively on the organisation.
Thank you, David, for your excellent assistance. It was greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend the Customer Services team based on this positive experience.

Lost bus key card

Went this morning 12/6/26 as i lost my key card .Phil who dealt with my enquiry helped imediately very nice and professionally.

I forgot my bag

I forgot my bag on a bus and I thought id never find it again so I called the metro bus support and got it back the nextbday.
